Not good for CO2 tank exchanges--very expensive compared with alternatives.

The guys at airgas are great. Except for a couple of people. They give great service. Then, there is the store manager. Matt Moriarty. He's so deep into corporate that he gags on them and it makes his eyes water. I think sometimes he even swallows. He has no personality and if he don't like you for any.reason. he will stab you in the back . Then , there his back side buddy Bob. From the Neal and Bob show, if you know what I mean. Dang mouth breathers.I don't know where corporate gets their people. I just know, I'll never get in the kool-aid line.

Nice people, expensive gas. You’ll be way better off using pepsi or coke for CO2. 20 lb tanks $55 just to refill. The cost $130 to buy and are non-returnable even though that’s exactly what they do when you get a refill. Incredibly wasteful and expensive. Food grade tanks dirty upon pick up.

I rented a helium tank for my business and gave them a card for the monthly charges. They never charged my card on file just let past due balances start racking up and locked my account. I call in and I have hundreds of dollars owning. Thanks air gas that wasn't very fun doing business with you.

I went to Airgas to get a 60 CF MiG air gas (75/25) tank refilled/exchanged today. They were very helpful, but when I went to pay for it, they charged me $85.00. I questioned the price and they confirmed that it was correct, as list time (last year at Harris Welding) it was around $50. I bought it thinking that maybe everything has gone up, like car prices. Afterwords I went around the corner to JW Welding supplies, while there I just asked them their price for the same tank refilled/exchanged. Their price was $26.00 Now that just made me sick to my stomach, I had been taken and could do nothing about it, other than warn others. So BE WARNED. So again, the Airgas customer service was great, but not worth triple the price of other re-sellers. Fred
