Despicable customer service, trying to talk to the employee and they're just busy talking to somebody else over the counter for the past 12 minutes. Machine is out of service, doesn't tell me when it's fixed. No thank you if you hear to get a pizza late at night don't bother because it's not worth it.

I have been shopping at this 711 for 20 years. My wife has worked here my brother to. Ive helped stopped thieves from stealing and stopped neighborhood thugs from robbing it. After recent visits im sad to say its the worst place ever. Prices change day to day depending on who works the register. All the clerks are rude. And the garbage slow lazy graveyard guy who thinks its funny to close the store for a hour to mop 10 feet of floor well please this place does not deserve your business go across the street to sags they have better prices and are super nice cooldip I hope this place gets closed down!

The store stinks just like most 7-Elevens, the cashier says hi but is not friendly, and probably the number one reason why I’d give nearly every 7-Eleven this low of a review is because after I put in my rewards number the cashier almost ALWAYS skips the screen where I have the opportunity to use my reward points.

I love 7-11 stores, but this one is full of shady employees. Every time I go into this store they tell me the rewards system is down, making the prices seem like double because you're not getting the discounts. How is this the only 7-11 rewards system not working?

This is the worst 711 I have ever had the punishment of visiting. They refuse to accept cigarette coupons, even though online they are listed as a store that accepts them (they refused them after i selected the store which wasted a $3.00 off coupon). They tell me everytime i I ask that they don't participate with 711 points. And they steal your change when paying cash. The employees are so rude. I watch them chase off customers & threaten to call the cops on the customer's almost every day. I only go here if I absolutely have to.

So me and my partner literally got here put our hiking bags down and I went inside for 2 coffees. As I'm checking out the cashier would not let me put my members number in. Then immediately told me he called the police on us.like I didn't even finish checking out and there's like 15 kids out front hanging out. What awful service and discrimination. Never will shop here again. Anyone who does supports this fantasy world that the owners live in. Don't shop here you might get in legal trouble for being a customer. So sadd

Went to pick up a drunk friend and stopped by this 7 eleven to buy her 2 pedialyte and even before going in one of the workers that had been outside on their phone smoking a cigarette looked at me super weird, made me uncomfortable, I went inside, he also went inside as soon as I did, I got the pedialytes, went to the register to pay, a different worker was ringing me up but the one that had been outside butted in and told me “we need ID” and when I asked why he said because those drinks had alcohol. Like Bffr, I was buying pedialyte. I refused to give my ID and he continued arguing with me. Even the one that had been ringing me up was confused as to what his coworkers issue was telling me it’s okay. His coworker arguing that it is not okay. The guy from outside eventually said not to pay and I can leave, basically kicking me out for refusing to give my ID for TWO PEDIALYTE!!! I Honestly refused because the situation felt very unusual and suspicious to me, like what would’ve happened if I had given him my ID. He sees my address? Knows where I live? Eventually the guy ringing me up charged me like normal regardless and I left to leave and while leaving the guy with the clear issue yelled after me saying my card had been declined as if I clearly didn’t see my card get approved when I paid. This was around 3 am so just an idea of what shift it is. I really hope the guy just genuinely doesn’t know that pedialyte does not have alcohol and it’s not something else going on related to young girls going into the store alone.

Normally I would have given this place 3 stars. Due to their bomb cookies, brownies and breakfast burritos. But they will never get another penny (cash or EBT) from my household again. Went to purchase a breakfast burrito and their cookies, dude working tried to charge me double the labeled prices on both products. When I said something to him. He responded with those are old labels. I told him that they have to make the products fresh that's y they are so good. He then tried to use a pen and scribble out the current prices on the burrito and cookies and write in the new price he was charging me. I flipped out on him and left.Now this wasn't the first time iv caught the staff at this location trying to charge double. But usually when I point it out they fix it. So I'm boycotting this thieving store. Dude tried to hide when he saw me taking pictures. Like he is not going to be seen.You realize that this means they been stealing peoples EBT too. If they are double charging. I'm reporting them to them for all of this.

Literally the worst. Workers with attitudes just cause I asked about a product... Like if it's too much for you to answer a simple question why even take a job bring a cashier???? Needs new management for sure
