If I could leave no stars, I would !
The people who work here in finance and managers are the worst ! Horrible communication and customer service. Took them 2 1/2 weeks for them to tell me they weren’t able to finance a car with the bank due to year of the car. Only reason they told me was because I showed up at the shop ! Teddy their finance guy always promised a call back and NEVER did! I always called to follow up, and always had some dumb excuses why it was taking so long. So much back and fourth with them. I was so patient through the whole process I couldn’t wait anymore, so I showed up after almost 3 weeks to get my refund for the deposit I made to reserve the car, they said come back at 4:30 when accounting is here, came back and said we need the person who signed for the loan. Why not tell me that earlier when I showed up the first time !? Also Heather the accountant there is so unprofessional and inconsiderate of what actually was going on, getting loud with me before even taking the time to ask or find out first! So unprofessional and pathetic DON’T come here!

Bought a vechicle there late April and here it is August. Had the vechicle in the shop for overheating issues numerous times since then. They said they will fix any issues it has but I have been there every week for the same problem. I'm over it. I'm afraid to drive the vechicle due to being left stranded somewhere between USA PKWY and Fernley. I don't recommend this car lot to anyone. Being a first time buyer there, it will be my last.

Im usually nervous buying from used car lots but not this time. Everyone was extremely friendly, approachable and honest. I felt like they went above and beyond for me but then I realized thats how they treat every customer. Best thing was how they stood by their word. They didnt just tell me what I wanted to hear. Best experience I've had with buying a car.

I was approached fairly quickly and helped successfully, I wouldn’t choose another car lot!! They have reasonable prices and they accommodate your needs! they have a wide selection of gas savers, Their cars come as fast as they go!! Excellent customer service and great mechanical work!! Highly recommended!!!

My sister Got a car. They do good work and will help you with maintenance. Teddy is a good guy to get auto service and buying a vehicle. Fair prices. Good quality. Genuine and very nice, very good experience. good to his word! She wouldn’t go anywhere else. Seen it for myself! Everyone should check them out!

Bought my car there a year ago, have called every month to get my title. Have been told I will get a call back numerous times, never heard from them. Still have no title. Went to the DMV, and they said no title exists! Finally reported them to the DMV fraud department and currently have an open case.

The sales person Tim was wonderful. He got use into a vehicle right away his service was out standing. And the Manger was as wonderful as well. It's a great place to buy a car or truck.
