Like any other WinCo. Cheap prices on groceries compared to Safeway, Walmart and others.
My only gripe are the long lines and not enough cashiers.

Basically the best grocery store in Reno. Cheap prices and great quality products. They only take cash or a debit card. Most of the low reviews are from ignorance alone, just don't assume everywhere takes credit and you'll be golden.

FIRST YOU ARE NOT PROTECTED IN WINCO!
SECOND, IF YOU BUY TOILET PAPER OR ANYTHING DOWN THAT ISLE,
LOOK FOR RAT POOP IN THE BAG! AND DONT EVER TRUST CLEARANCE MEAT!! It’s brown or black in the middle
Don’t put in the freezer.
Winco was less than responsible during COVID!!
Spend your money on your family!! WISELY!!!

The line is a mile long every time I come here and they do nothing to fix the issue. Even Walmart has shorter wait times to buy groceries.
Update: The line situation has gotten a bit better, but it's still ridiculous that they don't take credit cards. For a store that caters to a demographic that lives check to check, you would think they would take credit cards. We don't use credit because we want to. We use credit because sometimes that's the only way we get to eat.

I really enjoy shopping at WinCo because of the wide open isles, very good and friendly cashiers. Hopefully WinCo never gets too many self serve cashier stations. By the way their delicatessen area is outstanding and produce is of good quality
