Great customer service. A one stop shop for our company needs. Fast turn around times on building hoses or picking parts. Keeping our production going requires a wide range of parts, everything from basic hardware to a variety of hose options. If Wipi doesn’t stock it they will go the extra step of researching and ordering the part. Great deals, service, and people at Wipi.

Huge inventory in stock. They’ve had a bunch of random bolts, washers, and fittings that no one else had locally. Prices are usually the same or cheaper than other sources online.

This place is stocked to the ceiling with a ton of industrial parts, supplies and even some tools. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I brought in some parts I needed hardware for and he had just about everything. A few small, stainless metric allen bolts he didn't have in stock. He said he could have had them the next day but since I was in a pinch he kindly recommended me to a different store that had them in stock. They were even able to custom make a stainless steel braided hose to my required specifications and had the adapters I needed for my application.
