Called to get a cashier's check with cash. They told me I would need to open an account. I filed a complaint with the FTC citing unfair business practices.

I like going this Wells Fargo at times, because it the closest one where I live. People seem to be nice as any other Wells Fargo.I been a customer now for, wow, 20 years now since back in 2001. I never really had any problems with them, and when I did it was taken care in the best way.The only reason I gave a 4 star is because haft of times I went there was very long lines. It's not a staffing problem, but it is because everyone is moving up here in the north valley which is out of this banks hands.

DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH WELLS FARGO!!! THEY HAVE SCAMMERS AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FROM YOU ACCOUNT!! THEY WILL SAY THEY ARE GOING TO PROVIDE THAT MONEY BACK AND THEY DON'T YOU CAN'T TRUST THEM!!!!

Great customer service. Teller Osbaldo was very helpful with updating information on my Wells Fargo account. Wish you would open on saturdays though.

Horrible customer service with female teller. Manager is un professional, had a mask on that was filthy. Just take the mask off already, your gonna get sick from that thing!

It says you have to make appt. If you call, no one answers. You get re-routed to automated system. Then the branch voice-mail states they are not allowed to answer the phone. How would you like ANYONE to make an appt, if your business cannot answer the phone. Maybe you should change your appt policies. Super frustrating trying to get papers notarized and open another accout. I'll just walk up & expect service.

Worst customer service ever, no customer appreciation training at all. I said that I would withdrawn my funds and the banker could have cared less, and, so I did withdrawn all my funds.
