My wife hurt her hand in your bank yesterday. She passed out in line and told me she just walked home. Not fully sure what happened, but she was upset about it.

Something is wrong with this branch. On multiple occasions, I've tried to withdraw or transfer MY money from MY account, but been denied because it was "pending". Even when the app showed the money as available, the teller (and manager) told me it's not. And every time this has happened, I immediately drove to another branch in Reno, and was able to take out the money with no questions asked. None of the Wells Fargo branches are great, but I definitely avoid this one now.

Last Thursday June 15, 2023 I went to this Wells Fargo located on Neil Rd & S McCarran Blvd Branch Reno to cash a check. My 3rd one in last 3 Months.What a surprise to me this time as they asked me for 2 forms of ID full SSN my position at work and so many other questions in the 20 minutes time period. When they they were ready to cash the check another guy came over JUST TO ASK TO GO SIT DOWN because it was gonna take another 20-30 minutes to cash it. This was a payroll check from Wells Fargo. TOTALLY NONE SENSE to me especially when I cashed 2 payroll checks at same location same Business payroll check.If I could give them 0 stars I would.Please avoid Wells Fargo ( PARTICULARLY THI LOCATION ).

After going into a couple other Wells Fargo's where the line was out the door, I hesitantly decided to stop into this one by Meadowood Mall. I've heard stories about this bank... Close to a 10 minute wait was doable. The teller, I didn't grab her name, but she was super helpful and quick with my withdrawal. She also helped me get a replacement debit card that I had lost years ago and never called the 1-800 number. Coincidentally they had a temp banker in the building, Leo, and he could order my new debit card in the system. Leo was thorough, friendly, and super detailed. You could tell he was really good at his job. I had a good experience at this bank.

Came in today because I've been having issues with my mobile banking that is connected to my savings account and I also wanted to set up a checking account The older gentleman told me he can help me with both of those things. Well he only helped me set up a checking account and then rushed me out the door after giving me a very weak attempt at trying to help with the mobile app. I explained to him that was the main reason why I came in and he just gave me a phone number to call which was the same people I had spoken to several times about this issue and who had told me to go into a physical location to deal with this issue. So now I moved all of my money into my checking account and because the person wasn't competent enough to help me fix it now I don't have access to my money until I get my card in the mail

This is based on two different interactions over the past few years...1. when my wife and I changed our accounts to reflect our new estate plan, the associate who helped us was very helpful and courteous...good job; just the kind of service you should expect.But...2. I had the opportunity to pay off our mortgage a few years ago and presumed that I could simply transfer a windfall income from our checking to our mortgage to pay it off. when I went into this particular branch, the associate that I wound up talking to said that 'no, they couldn't do it like that and that it would take months to process'....huh? (a transfer of money between two accounts within WF to pay off a loan takes months?) so I went home and called the WF national customer service number; explained my recent encounter and they said 'no problem with this'; they did the transfer over the phone and, 'boom', mortgage paid off overnight. the personal interaction that I had in this branch is exactly like everyone's else's complaints on this site.

Personally for me this is where favorite Wells Fargo bank spot. Lines seem to be always short and the bank staff are always nice.It doesn't seem it's has been that long, but I been with Wells Fargo for 20 years now and they have always treat me good. Yes, there have been a couple minor issues, but they have taken care of it each time when I did.

They have the worst customer service I have ever seen There was a lady sitting on the computer playing with her hair another lady standing there county no money the line was out the door and your customer service sucks

If I could give this Wells Fargo Bank A -7 I would, the last three f****** months your lobby has been closed. I understand being short staffed I get it, but when I look up on the Wells Fargo website it says that the drive-through's should be closed and the lobby should be open. So my first question is why don't you have your lobby open? And my next question is why the f*** don't you guys answer your f****** phone the last three weeks I have tried calling every Friday so that I can actually put money in my bank account with my check and none of you motherfuckers will answer, it's f****** b******* work on your f****** customer service I am not happy at all I want answers
