My checking account was hacked and I froze it over the phone. Agent said I will need to go to a branch and open new account. Called this branch and explained problem, can I come in? NO, must have appointment. Soonest we can see you is tomorrow. Very poor customer service.

Worst customer service and they don’t care about you especially after they have your $ and to know WellsFargo is making money off my money is even more sad. Worst part is they don’t care about their customers! Don’t go to this branch!
