Not enough tellers. There's a lack of care when you get to the actual window. I left feeling less than after banking with WF over 20 years. Make the app do it all please.

Usually a great location, but they have closed all the drive-through services and not taken down the signage saying so. They are probably vandalized a lot, don't blame them.

The tellers are nice but I feel there aren't enough. It can take up to an hour to cash a check. I don't use Wells Fargo as main bank but coming here to cash my checks feels like a positive experience although it may require a bit of waiting.

Tried to open a simple personal checking account. most branches have appointments out 7-10 days to do anything requiring a banker. This branch said they could get me an appointment in 2 days. When I came in, I waited and waited just to be told there is no banker and I could get another appointment in a couple weeks. Remember, there is no ZERO star option. Else they would have zero stars. From many others then me I am sure.

This Wellsfargo ATM won't dispense money, wont accept checks, wont allow deposits. What is the point of an ATM if it cant do anything but let you check your balance. This has been an ongoing issue for weeks at this location. Get a ATM representative out to fix it or remove the device.

I really like Wells FargoBut recently a Wells Fargo location was shut down and due to that fact it forced patrons to use one of the locations in my area which is short on all of the banks employees creating a wait of 20 minutes or so

The fact there is only 1 ATM at this location is absolutely ridiculous. There is ALWAYS a line!

I’ve been at Wells Fargo bank 10 years. This is the worst bank. I have 10 years now I change Bank and never back again this worst bank ever I have 10 years

This particular location is never as busy as some of the others on the north side of town which is great! The staff are always friendly and helpful and there are two ATM machines as well as a drive-thru and lobby services.
