This branch is one of the best in Reno. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. Everyone tries to get to know you on a personal level. This area is a tight knit community so you may run into old friends, or meet great people of the Reno area.

This is now the only Wells Fargo branch in downtown Reno. My experience here has been generally positive. Staff is professional and courteous and I am usually in and out. I've heard from friends that there is almost always one ATM broken, but that hasn't been my experience.

Went in to apply for business line of credit.First off all business lending has been terminated by wells fargo with the exception of a line of credit.Banker was very nice however after the application she said she would follow up consistently, but I never heard back. I’ve had an established relationship with WF for 8 years and they dont even have the courtesy to follow up after the 3 month to let me know the status of my application.

Moved to Reno from Los Angeles where I banked with Wells Fargo for more than 25 years. They were a pleasure to work with- outstanding staff, terrific service. Since moving to Reno, every experience with this bank has been awful. Want to make an appointment with a banker? You'll wait 40 minutes in the lobby- past the appointed time. Want to work out a potential issue with your account being hacked? They'll direct you to call their '800' number who, in turn, will tell you to go to the bank. Need a new ATM card? They won't provide you with one (unlike the branch in Los Angeles). They'll have one mailed to you in 5-7 business days- regardless of whether you need one more immediately or not. Goodbye, Wells Fargo. It's been real.

Had to stop by the bank today pressed on time. All the bankers booked up. Very busy had no time to come back. Glaicel Cuyugan was able to squeeze us in to cancel our safety deposit box right before we would’ve had to reschedule for another day. Thanks Amillion great job.

Be aware of this branch. The teller named Oz** transferred some money from my saving account to my checking account without my approval. I have never received the receipt about this transaction. I have never requested this transaction. Due to this, I got a negative balance and charged an overdraft fee. Thanks Oz**.I will not never use this branch again.Since I like one of bankers in this branch, I have used this branch even though it is far from my home.On July 16th, I made a transaction to transfer some funds from my saving account to my checking account. I wanted to close my saving account, thus I transferred all the remaining amount.On the next day, I got an email saying that I have a negative balance. I talked with a customer service by phone at 3 AM, they said that there is a transaction of $44 which happened at branch, and they cannot help me by phone. I should have visited the branch again to resolve this issue. It was Saturday. Thus, I visited another branch which opens on Saturdays. It was a branch at Mae Anne Ave. They were very helpful and promised me to waive an overdraft fee if any.On Monday, I found that I got charged an overdraft fee and contacted the Mae Anne Ave Branch. They removed the fee for me.I also talked with the branch at California Ave because they made a transaction I have never requested nor allowed. Be aware of this branch. The teller named Oz** is extremely poor. I transferred $27,884.48, but Oz** is also transferred additional $44. If he made a mistake, he should have told me about it, instead of making my balance negative.I talked with this branch. They don't know how to distinguish $45 and $44. $45 was the fee for international wire-transfer. I told them that I have another $44 which showed as "07/16/21 Transfer in Branch/Store - To ****** DDA XXXXXX***** 490 CALIFORNIA AVE RENO NV $44.00"But they told me that $45 was the fee for international transfer, even though I was talking about $44.Well. I talked with them by email. So, it seems that they don't know $44 and $45 are different numbers.
