Ordered cards to be printed here a week ago. Usually when you order online it's same day printing. We arrived to pick up the next day and they were not ready. It's been over 5 days and each time I've called to inquire, they've stated that they don't have the ink to print the order and are "hopefully" receiving a shipment today. Unfortunately, we weren't aware of this issue before we ordered. I would recommend either calling first to check availability or choosing a different Walgreens location for photo orders.

Everytime I come here, there is always a huge line. The dark haired pharm tech has a major attitude. Just all around a terrible experience, not just once. EVERYTIME I come here

Just made a call to update my insurance card bc my phone camera is broken and I can't use the app to update. A male answered. He did not provide his name. He asked for the bin# and pcn#. I couldn't find "pcn" on my card. I told him i have a payer number or an ID number. He insisted it should say pcn and that it stands for policy #. As I was looking for the pcn #, he hangs up! Very unprofessional, childish service! BTW, not all insurance cards have the same layout or abbreviated lingo. A policy number or pcn, as this poor, rude guy said, can also be referred to as a subscriber # or member ID #. And pcn stands for Processor Control number. Not policy #. ? I'm more educated than him now.

Walgreens Lemon Dr. Reno, Nv. If I could give minus I would. This store has continued to go down hill. I requested my meds to be delivered as I've done in the past.I went on line on a Tuesday for free ( 1-2 day ) delivery. On Friday I received a text to please pick up my order. I called to be told no request was set up.Since fedex doesn't work over weekend I could request again but wouldn't receive until following mid week. My prescription has no co-pay so therefore I would have to pay for delivery according to the girl on the phone. WRONG !!!What kind of crazy is that ? A way to make up a fee ??? Go without meds for over a week because of their silliness. If the store can't perform the service that they offer ( 1 - 2 day free delivery ) then don't have that as an option. Come on, ask any doctor if that's good practice for your daily regimen your system has been on for years, ( multiple pills a day times 6- 7 days ) because some pharmacies can't run as smoothly as they pride themselves on. While you're not going wither away, Walgreens is still going to get the money from the insurance companies. So don't allow them to side step and tell you, you will have to pay a delivery fee. ITS FREE DELIVERY. Have them put it in writing if it's not.

Walgreens advertises Free Flu Shots when you walk in the front door of the store. After waiting in line for a half hour, we were told that you have to make an appointment. Shouldn't the sign say, "Free Flu Shots by Appointment Only"? So, if you don't have a computer, or you're out and about and you decide to get a flu shot, go to CVS Pharmacy right across the street. The people in CVS are efficient and friendly, and you can walk right in and get a flu shot without difficulty. Just go to the Dropoff window and they will take care of you. The Pharmacist who gives the flu shots is very personable. It was a more positive experience than the one we had at Walgreens.

If I could no star them I would. I use to work as a pharmacy Tec for this company years ago so I know these are not the standards they are held to. My bf had surgery and the doctor sent over some pain meds to them and even called them to release them to us but the pharmacist refuses saying the doctor hasn't said anything yet. It has now been almost a week and they still wont release them. We tried calling and he was on hold for almost an hr . I called from my phone and got ahold of someone almost right away. The pharmacist was so beyond rude the whole time on the phone. They need a new staff cuz this isn't how I remember working there.

This place is horrible!Do not go here! I saw the doctor at around 11 - 11:30 So I went grocery shopping to give Walgreens a chance to pick the pills I neededWe came back at 2:30 plenty of time to handle the shitWe go to the drive thru to make it fasterWhat do you know, they don't have it readyThey blame the doctor and say no one has sent it over. So we drive back to the doctor get a print out of the prescription go back and they say the print out isn't wet ink so it's invalid We leave , my wife calls every hour on the hourFinally at 6:00 they say they have it ready We drive back to Walgreens I walk All the way back to the pharmacy and then I get a text saying my prescriptions readyI think I can pull 14 pills in 6 hours This place is pathetic

I've never waited longer for a pharmacy than I have at this location. Horrible mismanagement, understaffing, and poor communication.

They only give Moderna boosters, anything else you're out of luck. I know who Walgreens is owned by now.

Slowest pharmacy ever. The drive through is the absolute worst. Use this pharmacy if you want to wait 30 minutes in line.
