Pharmacy is always closed at lunch or closes early. I don’t know about you but I work for living and can’t come during normal business hours.

I went in to get a decongestant/expectorant. The pharmacy aide tried her best to help me find one, but she didn't know the inventory. She did a smart thing in most circumstances, she asked the pharmacist for help. He had been standing there on the phone while his employee and a customer, standing in the store, were trying to find something. He pointed out that the only thing they had was a $25 pack of a brand name items. He never offered other generic medications which could be used. He never even spoke to me other than to say that's all they had. I left. The aide tried her best, but not knowing the inventory like the pharmacist, she didn't want to recommend the wrong items. Nor could she confidently suggest other substitutes. If the Walgreens prefers NOT to deal with customers in store and doesn't want my business, no problem. There are MANY other places I, and others, can go.

Worse than horrible customer service and wait times. Dismal depressing dark corner where ppl line up down an entire aisle blocking shoppers.

Always overwhelmed and understaffed. Expect to spend about an hour here.

27.007 B with a Billion in profits last year and these stores are the grossest, dirtiest, most run down nastiest places - poorly staffed, closed sometimes for no reason or the system is down - how they stay in business is beyond me - they certainly don't deserve any of your business / just look at the building next time you go there - nobody cleans theInside or the outside - and this is the place you want me to get vaccinated? NOPE!

I always have amazing customer service at this location. It's life changing to have the curbside pick up available within 30 mins. They are always fast and orders are consistently correct. With small children curbside is so convenient for absolutely everything in the store. I highly recommend this Walgreens !! Thank you to the amazing staff here

I just held for 16 minutes just to be hung up on. Two weeks ago arrived for my appointment to receive a vaccine and couldn't because the system was down. System was also down for two days another time, affecting medication delivery. It's going to be a big pain but I think soon I'll have to change pharmacies,

Do not use this pharmacy. Technical difficulties and they can't hand out medication or even tell you if your order is ready. On hold for 1 1/2 hours and given the run around of where my medication even is. I can see where my doctor sent it and they tell me it's at a different pharmacy. Not even an update on the website to tell people the pharmacy is closed!

The pharmacy at this location is known to defraud insurance carriers and customers alike, as it charges for COVID tests that it doesn't actually perform. 0 stars. Also very rude. I got the 2 hour test. It has now been 1500 hours. No follow-up or anything from anyone. But they remembered to bill my insurance right away. See how that works?

Used to be good not anymore. If you try calling in you’ll be on hold forever and they’ll end up just hanging up on you I had a prescription in and it took them 10 days to fill it I had to come in and bug them to get them to do it and then after that they canceled it totally unacceptable service it’s worse than not having a pharmacy at all

had to switch back to Walgreens pharmacy after an insurance change and quickly remembered why I left. The pharmacy is perpetually short staffed, they take forever to fill prescriptions, and you wait in line for damn near an hour! My Guess is that Walgreens is the problem. pay better, don't abuse employees, and you'll be able to keep them! CVS is always fully staffed. short staffed for them means maybe a 10 minute wait for you..

Pharmacist tries to take and throw away my medicine after a drug recall where instead I should be sending it back and getting $60 a box refund so the pharmacist would have thrown away $120 had I listened to her advice. Walgreens didn’t notify me other than a random phone call and then when I went in to tell them my medicine was recalled they said I should’ve been receiving a letter. No letters were sent out by Walgreens I did get a letter from CVS which I brought in to show them and the only compensation they said was that they would take the medicine back and throw it away for me. So I called the number on the CVS letter to the company that manufactures the drug And they told me to send the drug back and I’ll get $60 per 30 day supply. I had four boxes so that’s $120 refund that Walgreens told me nothing about. The pharmacist was going to take the medicine from me and throw it away. So if you have a medicine recall I would contact the manufacture because Walgreens is terrible and will not help you at all.

The only thing they are good at is consistent awful service. Always long waits and the staff is almost always clueless.
