The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, but they’re always out of what I need.Staff is more than happy to help me find skew numbers and whatnot so I can order online. I guess I still like brick and mortar experience.The products are great and I prefer the store brand to name brands for most supplements.

Jason was great. I called ahead with questions. He picked out exactly what I needed, had it waiting when I got there. In and out with no issues. You cannot go wrong with getting your go juice from here.

Need vitamins, protein power, or drinks. They always have what it is that I need. The knowledgeable staff is always ready to assist and answer my questions.

I most always get good, helpful service at this store. My concerns are more with corporate who has closed two stores where we spend most of our time. Secondly, I get coupons, but then have found that they don't apply at the local stores. Sometimes here and elsewhere, store personnel have gotten me the discounts which I appreciate. Shopping there after Black Monday, they were out of stock on some items I would expect them to have. Seems like The Vitamin Shoppe doesn't support its retail locations, but this stores seems to be trying its best.

We decided to get food from polo loco in the same lot as the vitamin shoppe. Shortly after parking to enjoy our food, a gentleman and a woman emerged from the vitamin shoppe and got into the vehicle parked directly next to ours. Shortly thereafter, they emerged from the vehicle and suddenly the gentleman is armed with a weapon, eyeing us precariously, as if we were up to no good. He then stares us down as if to intimidate us or to make sure we knew he was armed. We just wanted a burrito ? , not there for anything else. Maybe our darker skin made him uncomfortable and the fact that we were parked in front of the vitamin shoppe. Were 50ish and don't look like troublemakers. Not sure of what he hoped to accomplish. I don't think I will be needing any vitamins from here ever.

Max helped me out and is the absolute man! Was looking for a good protein isolate at a good price point because the one i was taking is no longer made. He should be 2 different alternatives, explained what specifically was in each, and which one was the best bang for my buck given my needs. Max is the man and I will definitely be coming back!
