Terrible. Bad attitudes,rude or indifferent employees who are also awful at their jobs.

This place claimed I wasn't using my CPAP but I was every single night. My doctor even sent in my report showing that I was using it every night as per the report he received from my machine directly and this place still claimed that I was not in compliance and Medicare canceled coverage!

Worst customer service ever!!!! They book an appointment just to try and suffice you, then when you show up for your appointment there is no record!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not go to vital care!!!!!
