Wonderful place to do business, It only took about 9 months
to get a vinyl roof wrap, clear bra & ceramic coating, finally finished. The roof wrap was originally done in 11/23. It had to be re-wrapped a 2nd time 5 weeks later. They're very busy with training & vacations. They've wrapped and re-wrapped the clear bra on the mirrors 4 times. Some of the ceramic coating has peeled but that's OK. I can say that they are tenacious. If you call them & leave a message they don't seem to have time, to call back. Although they will talk to you if you go to their office. Wonderful experience if you have lots of time for all the re-do's.

Wow!! That’s what I said when I pulled up and saw my megacab Cummins in the parking lot! This is a big truck and they hit every single piece. It looked better than show room quality. They are just great people to work with and I have already scheduled some more work the same day I picked up my truck. I’ll 100% recommend and refer this place! Thank you all for such a detailed amazing job on my ceramic coating!!!!!!!!

1st time going to this place, and I got to say I got mixed thoughts. They took a little longer than what they told me, but I was already expecting that. If you want a good cleaning to be done, it will take time. But what gets me is when I get the car and drive it home and want to see the nice work they did but see these big water marks. And what's weird is that it's only on 1 side the passenger side the driver side is perfect. For they price you pay and the time they take, I would have thought that there wouldn't be any watermarks like these. Other than that the car is looking nice.

VIP has been my go to when it comes to protecting and maintaining the exterior and interior of my autos. Robert and his staff are extremely professional and utilize the some of best protection materials in their industry. They are my go to and highly recommend.

These guys really screwed up my car. The PPF literally melted onto my paint. It's peeling off and it's just garbage. I've been back 3 times and basically wasted a whole day each time for them to fix it to no avail. He will tell you it's "paint protection film, not paint perfection film". Lol. Which is fine but people shouldn't ask why it looks like my paint is melting off which was really the poor PPF. Just do your research when it comes to these places. I'm out $5500 bucks and got absolutely NOTHING from these guys! I should have known better when he asked for half of the money up front.

VIP Auto Spa/Ceramic Pro Reno is the superlative ceramic coating, window tint, and PPF installation establishment; if you have any trepidation about their competency and proficiency, don't! Melissa was stellar in the context of being flexible with my egregious work hours and getting me scheduled promptly to get some swirling and marring polished out of my ceramic-coated Jeep in conjunction with mending my front PPF wrap that culminated in a few additional services being incorporated into the package; Rob, she is a paragon of customer service!
Dakota is a virtuoso with vehicles; he did an immaculate job with installing Kavaca IR ceramic window tint on all of my Jeep's glass, rectifying the plethora of blemishes, chips, and other environmental "afflictions" that it sustained, applying a new layer of ceramic top coat on it, and ceramic coating my wheels/rims. You're phenomenal, man!
You have an engaged and loyal customer for life. Thanks for everything, and I'll definitely be returning soon for another of your apex services for Thanatos and its dreaded black hue!

My experience is too long to list here, suffice to say that Robert and his team have ALWAYS taken amazing care of my car! Body shops have failed me, other detailers have failed me, but VIP is hands down the best trained, amazingly talented, and honest shop I’ve ever dealt with! Integrity is hard to find in Reno and Robert and his crew are filled with it! Love these guys!!

As a physician I’m very wary who works on my cars, as I do not have much time to remedy if something goes bad. VIP Ceramic pro did not only have the best price in the area, but also the best work. I found this place when a competitor in the area mentioned that everyone knows these guys are the best.. Brought in my first car and it came out looking brand new—better than I imagined. So I ended bringing my other cars and they exceeded my expectations. It changes how the car looks! They provide warranty and also touched up my car when it rained after I picked it up. Most places charge for that! Referred my buddies and they have all had amazing experiences. Worth the time and money! Who works on your car is a very sensitive thing, and it feels so great knowing you’re going to get great work done without needing to worry. Thanks for taking care of me!

This place is second to none when it comes to customer service. To start, they were able to squeeze me in with a few hour notice. They were professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. The following is the main reason I would go back to them. I got my car done in Reno, but I was only there to purchase the car that was tinted. Once I got back home to California there was an issue with the tint. Since I was too far away. He found someone in my area to fix it. That is what I call superior customer service. Patrick is the man, and I would recommend anyone to them. 10/10

Robert and team did a phenomenal job on ceramic coating my 2014 Toyota Tundra Limited 4WD CrewMax. The truck is painted in Toyota's Superwhite. My truck needed some TLC as it hadn't been detailed in 2 years. I opted for the CERAMIC PRO SILVER+ package with the 10 yr warranty. There were some minor defects in the paint that Robert mentioned would be taken care of with the multi step process they perform before applying the ceramic coating. I was completely floored with the results. The car looked better than when I purchased it at Carson City Toyota. Robert and team also ceramic coated my 1998 Porsche Boxster in Ocean Blue Metallic. If you're thinking about ceramic coating, please consider Robert and his team at VIP Auto Spa. I highly recommend them and believe that they are the best in Washoe County
