our customer service agent Gabriel was knowledgeable, attentive, and delightful to work with. I myself I’m not very technically inclined so it was so nice to have such a patient and kind representative who was so generous with his time. Overall, it was one of the best interactions I’ve had with Verizon so thank you Gabriel represent one of the reasons why I’ve been with this company for so long. Despite them taking away their customer service phone line they clearly are still hiring great talent on the floor

Initial experience with representative went well. Bought a new iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. Unfortunately, after returning to buy a charger (that absolutely sucks), another representative, added a “free” second line on my wife’s phone. This “free” second line is actually costing me an extra $50/month and I’m still waiting for the manager to resolve the issue. Now I’m experiencing issues with both incoming and outgoing calls and receiving notifications that a new cellular plan was detected. Very disappointed and to the point I’d return all the devices if that was an option.

Do not go to this store if you want to open an account and trade in ur phone. They say it takes 48 hours to activate a phone that is a whole bunch of hog wash. Also, especially when they charge you 40$ and send you home with your trade in and new phone that is not working. This store scams
people, proper disciplinary will be coming from the main head quarter.by them doing this and making my husband do the activation him self is TAKING ADVANTAGE OF A DISABLED PERSON AND THATS A CRIME. WE WILL STICK WITH CALIFORNIA AND REFUSE TO GO TO UR STORE AND REFUSE TO REFFER ANYONE TO U. DO BETTER, GET BETTER EMPLOYEES THAT ACTUALLY KNOWS THE SYSTEM!!!!!!!
