I would give ZERO stars if I could.Today, I had a passport appointment at 9:45-10, I arrived early one person went through my documents and I totally forgot my ID which was just in the car. I told them if we can just start the process like taking the photos etc as my husband can just bring the ID to me. The woman said no, they cant because my appointment was 9:45. It was 9:46 when this whole back and forth was happening. They (two women both of asian ethnicity) told me they cant proceed with my appointment and that I had to reschedule. Horrible customer service.

these are Awful and disgusting workers , they shutdown service when they feel like it just because they see someone with a camera and the face no repercussions. Imagine shutting down a post office just because they did not like the color of pants you were wearing.

I came in today, Saturday, for a variety of reasons. I mailed a package, letters, and bought packaging materials and stationary. It's been a while since I've visited this USPS. I noticed all the new clerks and I liked what I saw! Thank you, Clerk: 25, for your great customer service and friendly demeanor. Thank you all for working on the weekend. ❤️

Insane customer service. A robot. No answers to real questions. Need a local post office to ask where you're supposed to go? Try to get off your 10 hours 6 day a week job to go to the Post Office and stand in line and wait for a question just to find out you have to go to another one because there's no customer service but a robot with no answers? This is not ok. I wish I could give it a zero. Companies don't like to invest in customer service. If you made your website user-friendly and people can find the information they need you could cut down quite a bit. Go back to index searches and include all the information someone might need. Invest in user-friendly websites and apps

Bad couriers, they will take close to 30 seconds to try and locate a residence before immediately returning to sender. Need to replace most of the drivers.

Just as written, I arrived 10 mins before my passport appointment with all the required documents except for the form. I proceeded to grab the application form as I had been in a circumstance where neither the online form nor a printer was easily accessible ahead of time. As soon as I reached to a little table where the application forms were set up, I got yelled at because I was in the area for passport applicants only BEFORE she even asked whether I had an appointment or not. I replied yes. She was clearly disgusted and asked me what time my appointment was as if I was inconveniencing her for having an appointment. She forced me to come back “on Saturday” (it was Wednesday when this happened) since I wasn’t fully ready. I admit, I wasn’t completely ready but I had arrived 10 mins before my appointment window. I explained I wouldn’t be able to do so and agreed to leave that day. I kept filling out the application. She repeatedly yelled at me to leave right then and there and ORDERED to come back on Saturday. Again, I explained her that I wouldn’t be able come back and that I needed to finish filling out the application and then leave the office. She still kept yelling at me to leave. I reminded her that I had already agreed to leave and that I needed to finish filling out the application. She insisted that I leave the spot (I wasn’t even at the passport counter or blocking other customers). To make a long story short, she never cared to understand my circumstances but kept yelling at me to leave as if I wasn’t even supposed to be there. **I was not dressed inappropriately nor had B.O. to be unpleasant to other customers.I worked as a letter carrier for 5 years in Southern California and do KNOW how majority of USPS employees are unhappy regardless of their work assignments. Nevertheless, I’ve never seen someone as rude, unpleasant, unprofessional, and condescending as this woman was at McCabe location. Even the window clerks in the 5 borrows of NYC, where I lived for 5 years, weren’t as rude as she was towards me. I wish I remembered her name, but reading through reviews at McCabe location, my guess is that she was Jill.

Christina V was great! She helped us get all of our passport forms completed and submitted. Friendly and helpful even during the busy holiday rush.

This post office is not only the worst customer service, the clerks are absolutely rude and incompetent. I put in a simple change of address online and never received a confirmation. So on the 2nd of June before I left the state I walked into Steamboat post office . I was told online change of address doesn't work and to fill out a form, which I did, handed it to the rude lady clerk, I believe her name was Jill. She took the form said nothing, I asked if that was all she needed and she said yes. So I was off to move to another state the next day. To make a long story short, I have never once received forwarding mail. I have made several service requests. Someone phoned me from the Steamboat office , said he would mail me my mail in the mailbox, which he did, stated he would make a change of address for me as the change never took place. Still haven't received any forwarding mail and we are now into November. Great job Steamboat post office. What a complete and utter JOKE. Get your act together!

I mean really? @Lululemon needs to have QR codes that can be used at UPS stores for returns. This place the doors don’t work, employees just look at customers stranded outside like ‘duh’, and forget about getting a piece of tape to seal your package when your buying $100 worth of stamps. Is it any wonder this government entity is almost extinct?

McCabe Post Office is a great little, wait in line for packages to be sent out l. They should have a gift card and boxes that can be sent out for a cheaper price, especially for the military personal. We all love getting packages and unique things. TQ

Post office phones have been off hook all day. USPS main support and I have both been unable to reach them.Update: Phone has been offline for multiple days now. The only way to reach them is to go in person.
