Truck delivers go straight to gate to left building with big sign 'bulk mail'. Receiving door to right ramp at dock 15. Quickly unload.

Truck entrance is on the South. Receiving is next to Dock door 15. I was unloaded and reloaded in under 1 hour. I didn't get the gentleman's name, long hair and tall. He is a great guys, very friendly

It was my first time mailing a package out and I had anxiety but the line went very quick, not even a 5 minute wait and the lady was very nice and got to the point quickly! It was also clean and the other workers were friendly as well.
