The 2 ladies in there don’t even have two brain cells to rub together, apparently it’s normal that my return is taking weeks, 3 weeks past delivery date. Almost 2 months in transit, no updates what so ever.I’d just stay away from this place even when I walked in they were just screaming at each other in the back with no idea I was waiting.

Diane was not only unhelpful but also extremely rude. She lied in front of everyone. I don't know why she is still allowed to work there with that kind of attitude

Place is closed during operating hours as the clerk is standing outside and smoking cigarettes and talking to someone. Total inconvenience and unethical. Total disservice to the community...

The lady working the front counter should either retire or seek work in an area that does not face customers. Terrible experience with her.

Frustrating that it’s closed for lunch at 11, and this is not noted online.

I guess all the reviews are onto something with this place. They're supposed to be open until 5 according to the sign on the door. I got there at 402, and they were already closed ??

Even under construction, USPS will always be an institution, we just can't live without them! Bravo to the workers of the USPS! Looking forward to the new building!A year later - 2022 - still under construction!

Would give negative stars if I could.Needed to ship 5 packages. Came in and it wasn’t busy. Asked Diane if she had tape I could use. She was walking by me and mumbled without looking at me that it was at the counter and I could use it when I got to the counter.By the time I boxed up and labeled everything and got in line, a bunch of people came in behind me. I get to the counter and Diane says rudely to me that I should have taped it all before coming to the counter. I tell her she doesn’t have to be rude, I asked for it when I first walked in and she told me to tape it when I got to the counter. She then denies it, and lies in front of everyone that I had asked for tape and she tried to give it to me but I had cut her off talking. I defend myself and she grabs my packages and roughly stacks them on the counter next to her (thank goodness they weren’t fragile). She then rudely say to me to move over she doesn’t have time for this she has a line behind me.I asked to speak with a manager and she said she was one. That was probably a lie too.Terrible customer service and just general human courtesy.

Aaron was absolutely lovely and thoroughly helped me with all of my questions - he was really great, and it is always pleasant to have a routine chore like going to the post office made better by excellent customer service!

We were there at 4:58 and told us that if we couldn’t fill out the form in 30 seconds we were wasting our time.

This location appears to be closed permanently. It is an empty shell.

This branch moved and not even the USPS automated system helps in locating the new address. Ended up going to the one on Vassar Street. They don't speak enough English to understand any questions you ask. Worst customer service I've experienced in Reno. They need to be retrained on everything.
