I sent my package priority mail. It was due to arrive on the east coast Monday. It is Wednesday, and it is still not there. USPS is absolutely useless and no one can even tell.me now where my package is. It is extremely important and time sensitive. You have screwed me for the last time. I will use UPS or FedEx from now on.

As someone who regularly uses post offices in Reno as well as around the country, I can say without a doubt that this location has the friendliest, most helpful, and best service of them all, and it’s a pleasure to visit! This is why I’ve kept my PO Box here for 9 years and counting. Thank you all!

Wish I could give zero stars. They kept returning my mail despite me picking up my keys as soon as I moved in to a new place and began forwarding my mail. Makes zero sense.

Kim was great! It's rare to walk in a post office and have someone with such a great attitude assist you. This is only the second time I've had that happen in Reno in decades. I had to send some sensitive documents and she happily went through my options. I really appreciate someone with a great attitude. A person being knowledgeable comes in second and Kim was both. She was personable and you can tell it wasn't a one-off thing because she acknowledged the person who came in while she was helping me (great customer service) and since it was also someone she recognized the had a quick little exchange and the person interacted with me as well. In the stressful and depressing times we are in these days, it's great to have a sense of normalcy. The post office itself was easy-ish to get to (I drove in using Google through the back way) and I don't know how I never noticed it was there. I've noticed the little house next to it, but never the post office... Anywho, it was a quick and easy thing to get my stuff sent off. I appreciate people with great service like Kim's.

I have been using this post office for several years as a UNR student but today will certainly be my last after how I was rudely treated by Kim specifically. She had a poor attitude because I was trying to understand why my package was not delivered to the P.O. box i've been using for the past 3 years as a student at the university. She wasn't helpful at all and did not provide any valuable information when I continuously asked where my package could have been. And when I attempted to confirm whether or not my package was received by Kim, her attitude got even worse. I am extremely disappointed at the service and treatment I received for an inconvenience that was caused by her. I'd rather use the post office on Sierra street than this place. At least there I know i can receive honest, genuine concern and help for situations.

I just love this Post Office due to its convenient location, sizable parking lot, cleanliness and distinctive customer service. Kim has been welcoming everyone with a smile and bestowing with an impressive customer service at all times.
