Sometimes there will be a good, kind, caring person working here, other times... not so much. Today, she was working here. She has a snarl on her face as you approach the counter, looking, waiting, hoping she can treat you poorly. My federal dollars pay her to treat me like $#!+. If you don't like the job, QUIT! You are obviously not suited for a job where you must communicate with the public. There are jobs in which you are more suited. I just can not think of one right now.We all must, at one time or another, deal with an employee of the postal service. I do, more so than most. One thing for certain, I will NEVER RETURN TO THAT POST OFFICE.I will NOT give you the opportunity to adversely affect my emotional well-being again. Go ahead, live in your world full of animosity, just keep it to yourself.

This location refused my general delivery mail. Beware!! What a headache. No answer of course and the run around through the 800 number. This was merchandise that was time sensitive. That was the point of using General Delivery.

pretty inconvenient that they are closed at the busiest time of the day everyday… don’t bother coming at noon

This government ran joke should be open on Saturdays or Monday- Friday 10-7 pm for when people are off work.

Good enough customer service and the wait time wasn't long at all. Also it was really easy to pay I used my cell phone

You must not use the street address for General Delivery or the USPS will return it as undeliverable! See photo of form from USPS.

Doesn't have a self service kiosk. If mail pickup or lobby is open on Saturday then should have a self service kiosk especially in downtown.

I always go downtown for my postal service because that is the epicenter for distribution.

This Downtown USPS branch office is most often not very busy for its counter services and there is usually only a short line to wait in to mail packages, etc. I use it mostly for its PO Box rental service so I don't need to change my mailing address each time I move.

Extremely helpful staff . . . always willing to help. Better than 99% of all post offices I've been to!

This is not the closest Post Office from my house but the fast service and friendly staff make it well worth traveling the extra distance!

Just went there for the first time. Slightly difficult to find; I had to go around the block again to find it. Street parking. Bring some coins... The service was amazing. No wait, efficient, quick and courteous. That's all I need! Also the strong mask enforcement is super cool. Thank you for caring about the safety of the community. This place is not close to my home, but I may come here for my future mailing. I don't think they close for lunch, like the one on Plumb, but please comment if you know differently.
