We have been fortunate enough do business with this company for many years! The prices are reasonable as is their selection the owner and staff are very professional a matter of fact in their dealings.As to the reviews of them being rude or inconsiderate it could be possible that they just got through dealing with someone rude on the phone or in person.Overlook their attitudes because you're not there to be friends you're there to get the prices that they're offering which are far below everything else on the market and have been for years!

My gf went in there on Friday and they pretty much chased her out of the store. I called today to see if they sell parts and they told me to buy them on Amazon, Bestbuy and other places. Don't go here for any local who lives in Reno. Don't call them because you'll be ruining there day.

the owner is awesome very willing to help. i have purchased many computers and screens from them. i was even out of town and shipped it to them and they got right on it and mailed it back working like a charm. i have referred many friends to them never had a complaint.

Awesome privately owned small business I have purchased many computers from them and have had repairs done a great small business.They are so willing and helpful at extremely affordable prices in my opinion you sure can't go wrong shop local with small business owned shops.

I was in need of some parts for a computer repair so I stopped in to this store. From the moment I walked into this store I was treated rudely. I asked about the part I needed and the owner/manager whomever he was was unbelievably rude, and acted as if I was in the wrong place. He then proceeded to tell me he didn't have parts for sale just a few refurbished windows computers. And all he could help me with was a cheap computer. The part I inquired about was for my friends computer, he had asked me to get it up and going and I was looking for a local source for parts rather than help amazon destroy any more business but ....his tone was so condescending, and very unhelpful. He was so rude in his responses I was having a difficult time understanding why. And even if I was in the market to replace any computer with anything he suggested I wouldn't have purchased from this business. The condescending tone was too off putting for me to consider giving this establishment my business.

Called this place after they'd been open for 2 hours. The phone rang until the call ended. Called again and the same thing happened. If you can't pick up your phone I doubt you can do anything to a computer.

These guys are honest as the day is long. I went in to get my computer looked at to get a second opinion as I felt I was being misled by a competitor and found out that there was nothing wrong with my laptop. The guy at the desk was very helpful and told me I needed a better internet card and where to purchase it as he did not have it in stock. He charged me nothing for his advice and I highly recommend this business as you will get a fair and honest diagnosis on your device. I will definitely be back if I do need help and work on any computer in the future. Thanks very much for your professional attitude and your honesty!
