Cute little plant store, beautiful plants and great service. If you have a problem with a plant, they are going to lean towards helping you fix the problem. I have had a few issues with plants from here as anywhere, I would not say it's this store's fault as the plants are immaculate when we buy them but some just don't work out. Don't expect refunds or exchanges here, I don't think that is part of their policy. China has been really nice to us and has always been available to help with any questions or problems. If you have a plant issue, I suggest taking it here and asking what can be done. They will help you and even babysit your plants when you are on vacation, if you drop them off....

They don’t have a HUGE plant selection, but it’s very diverse, they have a nice layout and the staff is super friendly every time I’ve gone in.

Chyna was so incredibly helpful with all my questions and even offered to repot my plant for me which was so amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable and her customer service was impeccable!On top of the amazing sales associate, the shop was so cute and the plants were so healthy and were obviously very well taken care of. This is going to be my go to plant shop from now on

I have purchased many plants from Urban Scout and also done a few of their workshops. Chyna is extremely knowledgeable about plants and is always willing to answer questions or help you repot a plant! They always have something new and fun to check out in the shop too!

Urban Scout is the #1 BEST plant store in Reno. They have the best selection and the staff is very very knowledgable. I prefer them to Sierra Water Gardens by a long shot. The plants I have purchased from this store have always thrived in my home and never ever come with pests. I also really love all their planters, hangers and other fun little items through out the store...I love it all.

Fell in love with this amazing plant shop. The plants were all healthy and very reasonably priced. They had a wide variety of common and more rare plants and the most beautiful selection of pots and trinkets. Regret not getting the name of the purple-haired cutie that was working so I could mention her by name. She was incredibly knowledgeable and her customer service was out of this world. I will definitely be returning to this shop every chance I get!

Always try to use local but unfortunately will stay with Sierra Water Gardens and maybe big box stores. Bought a number of gifts there at the beginning of the month. Decided one wasn't appropriate so tried to exchange today. (30 days). Clerk very nice but informed me it's a two week exchange policy.I understand small businesses need to limit returns but this was an exchange, item still in stock, price tag and labels intact.So a cute local business but off my list now. Just be aware when you shop. Very disappointed.

LOVE visiting this shop. They have a wonderful variety of plants, even during the "off" season, including many that you aren't going to find at any big-box stores. My only problem is that I always find something I want. ;) And if you are having any sort of issues with your plants, Chyna is a FANTASTIC resource for help. She has a wealth of knowledge and is a huge asset to this business.

I stopped by Urban Scout for the first time today and was very impressed! The store was beautiful, bright and clean with an inviting atmosphere. The woman I spoke with was very friendly and informative. I was blown away by the variety and health of the plants and prices were decent too. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Such a nice experience walking in, Employees are friendly and helpful and a great selection of plants and plant related items. It's my go to plant destination in Reno and I'm always excited to come back each time
