Urban Scout is a cute little plant store described as the best in Reno. It does not have a huge selection, but it is very diverse with something new and fun to check out often. The plants are beautiful, immaculate, healthy, and very well taken care of, with customers noting they thrive at home and never come with pests. The shop has a nice layout and also offers planters, hangers, and other fun little items. The staff is super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and provides great service. They are always willing to answer questions, help fix plant problems, and even help repot plants. While refunds or exchanges do not appear to be part of their policy, the staff leans towards helping customers find a solution. They offer additional services like babysitting plants during vacations if they are dropped off. Customers find the service impeccable and many state it is their go-to plant shop.
They don’t have a HUGE plant selection, but it’s very diverse, they have a nice layout and the staff is super friendly every time I’ve gone in.

I have purchased many plants from Urban Scout and also done a few of their workshops. Chyna is extremely knowledgeable about plants and is always willing to answer questions or help you repot a plant! They always have something new and fun to check out in the shop too!
