Talked to the manager who showed zero care or explanation why my equipment was lost and never shipped.. He then held up the next shipment on purpose according to the manufacturer.. you guys are a joke. Hope you lose your job!

Horrible customer service and very slow, over two weeks to get a piece of equipment from TN to NV. Conflicting information every time customer service was called. Not sure who I can believe or when my equipment will ever get to me.

UPS is worthless, they don't deliver when they say they will. Driver went by house twice and said he couldn't deliver due to weather. Won't shop with companies that use UPS again

Lied about "attempting to schedule delivery"... this is not the frist time either. Also, items shipped are commonly damaged on top of being late and not communicating to customers. Highly DO NOT recommend.

As for a truck driver, this place is a joke to haul goods for, because I didn't get paid for this job, because fuel cost and insurance outweighed any profit. Not to mention that the broker deducted 250 because I was late due to the shipper that gave me a trailer where the tandems wouldn't slide, was still overweight, and it took me 3 hours to get out of there which made me late to delivery, yeah I was the one penalized for their mistakes. So yes I drove 600 miles from Salt Lake City Utah to Reno Nevada UPS distribution to UPS distribution Center, and didn't get paid a dime because of what these horrible pay to transport their goods. I will never haul a load for UPS ever again.
