Cannot thank this UPS Store enough. Leiah went above and beyond for me! I wanted to ship 2 bottles of wine, which UPS cannot ship. But Leiah overheard the conversation (she was not the one assisting me) and researched right on the spot and found a place that would ship my wine. Not only that, but her sunny personality lights up the whole store. Thank you so much for helping me!!

I was helped by the new owner of the UPS store at Damonte Ranch. I went there frustrated after having tried twice to get a package sent with The Postal Service. The package had been retuned to me because an automated issue in their system that kept applying the wrong zip code to the address I wanted to use. The person who helped me at UPS was not only empathetic, he also figured out a way to ensure that the package was addressed properly. Happy to report that the package was successfully delivered yesterday!

The customer service at this location is sub par!! It is not dead- they are so attentive and friendly. There is also a new owner named Mitch who is super welcoming and accommodating. You do not need to go anywhere else
