Better get there early. Got there with 5 minutes before closing, and they were already closed with the lights off and wouldn’t let me in to drop off a pre-paid package. Will not be going there again.

I dropped off a pkg and had to print the shipping label the recipient had provided for me. The store charged me $6 to print the label. Ridiculous... ?

Pleasant and fast working team. 2 stars bc I was charged a junk $5 fee to “use the computer” for a single page print which was only $0.50. Absurd that I’m paying $5 dollars for the team to click download and print on a 1 page pdf. I’ve never been charged this fee at over 10 other UPS stores across the country. They were helpful for my other needs and purchases made at the same time and worked quickly but this fee is unacceptable and I definitely will never print here again.
Edited: Revised to 1 star. [[review.reviewAuthor]] here. There were no "high-quality materials, expert labor, and overhead expenses" that were specifically associated with clicking print on a 1 page pdf. Junk fees aren't charged for other services at this or other UPS Store locations afaik. How is such overhead not already included in the $0.50/page cost?

I’ve had a mailbox there for 20 years. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Wonderful to know nothing will ever disappear from my porch, someone is always there to sign for a package. Even flowers once!

If I could leave no stars I would. This place is charging a whole 6 dollars to print a label. Ridiculous! Terrible location, bringing my business elsewhere.

Lady was very nice and happy to tell me they charge $6 to print a label!!!They did it for free at staples..Your UPS, not USPS stop ripping people off

Kinda Scary-We've had our box since Sep 2023 and have received less than 20 pieces of mail. Or at least mail that belonged to us...We go for days without ANYTHING in the box and then we get a bunch that wasn't ours. They hold mail and deliver it to the box, "when we get a minute". They're simply too busy shipping packages to sort mail? We just changed to a box at the post office a few weeks ago and have received more mail in two weeks then we did in 6 months there. I want to know what they did with my bills and greeting/birthday cards? But I gave it 2 stars because the employees were pleasant.

I needed some documents printed, notarized and emailed. Evan was the representative that helped me. Even though it was extremely busy he was patient, helpful and professional.I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Are usually come into the store quite often I needed to return something I bought on Amazon and apparently the label I printed out was too late for them to scan no problem. I asked them if I could email the store and they could print it out. At the store closest to my home this would cost a dollar the woman behind the counter said yeah for six dollars we could print that for you I said one page and she said yes I was like that’s ridiculous. Then she suggested I go to Staples and print it out. I have a printer at home but I’m about a half an hour away from home, I let her know I would never be doing business with this location again and I also would not send any of my clients there going forward and she said God I gave you options . I also have options very disappointed
