Edit: I posted a nasty review due to a bad day and would like to properly address my gripes.The Lemmon Valley UPS store on the few occasions I've used their service has not always been open at their scheduled times. To be fair, there were storms, COVID, and I'm sure other circumstances. The service times are always long, but that's due to the long lines of customers who generally take far longer than anyone should returning an Amazon purchase. Aside from 2 different occasions, when it was finally my turn for service, it was fast, efficient, and generally reasonably priced.For what is basically a single employee operation, they do a moderately decent job of service for an ever growing population in the North Valleys. If I could make a suggestion to the Business Owner, it would be to keep the place tidier and streamline the service with more employees. It may not be feasible, but it would be appreciated.I always try to support my local Lemmon Valley businesses, mostly out of laziness, but also because our business owners are making life better and more convenient for the long time and new residents. No doubt I'll continue to need parcel services and I'll always be willing to give our local UPS Store a chance, but not today. Hopefully business and service will improve and I can find myself being a regular customer.

First off, I have dealt with the owner many times. She's rude, disrespectful and doesn't care about her customers. When you call the place to find out why they have printed out a tracking number for the package that you paid for and it has not been received by the delivery date 3 days later by UPS from their store they answer the phone with not hello, this is a UPS store. How may I help you? They answer the phone with who is this and what do you want. This store has lost many of my packages and they don't care. And since UPS never received it insurance doesn't come into play. So out hundreds of dollars.

I would much rather drive downtown to go to the UPS on keystone or one of them in Sparks said to go to this one. They usually don't open on time and when they do the line is out the door as others have stated. If it's the same owner as it was the last time I was in there she likes to argue with the customers. Not a nice atmosphere.

First of all, I love how the owner responds to these ridiculous complaints and keeps it real! UPS is obviously not these peoples only problems.? this is a levelheaded review ? majority of the time you will wait in line a long line. The people that work there are always helpful and friendly, especially the younger gentleman. You can’t ask for better customer service than he provides. Yes UPS is expensive. If you don’t like it, you’re free to go anywhere else. The people that have the time to take pictures of a “ messy ” UPS store and complain about leaving their FedEx package at UPS or about waiting in line are completely out of touch and Entitled idiots. I frequent this establishment for business and Amazon returns and will continue to do so!

I go here very often because I love shopping Amazon. Lol. I rarely wait longer than 5 minutes. The staff is fast and friendly.

I guess I showed up a little too early for them. I arrived at 8:45 am and they still weren’t open, even though they were supposed to be open at 8. I waited until 9:30 before I left. In that time I saw many people leave frustrated. I ended up going out of my way to the Keystone branch only to be met with an exceedingly rude and miserable woman behind the counter. Slow clap for incompetence and rudeness.

ive never had a problem coming here and i seriously show up like 1-4 times a month. i'm sure they know me by now. ? i wouldn't recommend this location if you're in a huge rush/time crunch since often there is only one person working here that i have found, but everyone i have interacted with has been super sweet (even when i come in with 6 returns lol..sorry). sad to see so many negative reviews because i genuinely believe they give their best here, a bit of compassion and patience can go a long way ?

Worst UPS store in Reno/Sparks. Worst business of the year award. ? Just sayin. The 1 star reviews say it all. Messy and mismanaged. During peak business hours on a weekday they have 1 person scheduled to help customers, and a line that goes out the door.

Showed up Saturday at 4:39pm to see the lady was closing early, something about an emergency, said I had a quick package to send, one lightweight package almost $30?! Didn't bother with the other one!!!!! I can see why more folks don't use UPS anymore, too expensive for NO reason! Absolutely LOST my business UPS! USPS is WAY more affordable than you and they close at the time it says NOT early, bye bye!

Came in to do some Amazon returns, as I was juggling the three packages towards the door an employee saw me and almost ran to open the door for me. It wasn't very busy so this same employee immediately was able to help me with my returns. It was a very quick and easy process and she was lovely. Not sure what the other reviews are going on about, just be prepared with what you need, and have patience/empathy if they are busy. I'll return again for my shipping needs!
