Very helpful with processing a UPS store pick up item in another town. The lady that helped me was very good, and thorough... and thorough.

We had a paid mailbox at this location for many years and have watched this specific UPS store go from awful to amazing once the new ownership came in. In the beginning, our packages were often lost and the customer service was rude. Back then, the negative reviews were warranted.
But in the last 2.5 years, things dramatically improved with the new management and the customer service was consistently polite and organized. People come on here wanting to blame this location for bigger issues with the UPS company itself, not realizing how limited each franchise is in fixing those bigger issues (like packages getting lost & not getting refunded, or issues with the website).
I have witnessed ridiculous customers yelling at the staff here, and can only imagine the amount of rudeness the staff has to endure on a regular basis. So keep that in mind as you read these reviews— we reap what we sow.
Show up with kindness and patience, and you’ll get more than that in exchange.

Now I know why everyone says this store is awful. I showed up 2 hrs before closing and was told they couldn't except anymore packages today because they were too busy. Wasn't another person in the store. Laziest person I've ever seen.

Horrible store! No care for customer service! I made an appointment online for Notary services and got confirmation email of my appointment. I took time off work to go get this Notary done and when I arrived they informed me that they can't help me. That the notary person is not in today and she doesn't do appointments. That she only does walk-in's but only when she's in the office and there. I asked why does there online system allow appointments to be made, and the girl said it shouldn't and told me I shouldn't have used their online appointment. I said, how would I know not to use your online services. She seemed to point the blame back on me. Like I was suppose to be knowledgeable about the fact that they don't accept online appointments. So rude!! We live in a technology world so there should be a way for this UPS location to contact the online services and get them to put their store as "no appointments available at this store". They need to catch up to the times!!! Luckily Notary Anywhere saved the day for me!!!

AVOID THIS UPS AT ALL COSTS !!!
I recently paid UPS store #4252 $120 to package an auto part. The shipping label was an additional $157. The item arrived damaged so I had to file a claim. UPS accepts my claim, but then denies a refund on the packaging and label costs. This decision came after speaking with an agent and submitting nearly a dozen photos. He determined that the store used a single-ply cardboard box and only a single layer of cheap bubble wrap. So, UPS admits fault yet somehow doesn't refund the $257 ?? Now my only option is to take this personally and rather than recoup my money, I will do ten fold worth of damage to UPS property throughout the country during my travels this summer.

Always fast service . Yes, I do agree with the store not being open on time sometimes but this is why I call the store if I have to drop off early or I call a small pick up truck to pick up at my home. Other then that staff is very friendly and helpful or maybe I been lucky all these years

Edit: I posted a nasty review due to a bad day and would like to properly address my gripes. The Lemmon Valley UPS store on the few occasions I've used their service has not always been open at their scheduled times. To be fair, there were storms, COVID, and I'm sure other circumstances. The service times are always long, but that's due to the long lines of customers who generally take far longer than anyone should returning an Amazon purchase. Aside from 2 different occasions, when it was finally my turn for service, it was fast, efficient, and generally reasonably priced. For what is basically a single employee operation, they do a moderately decent job of service for an ever growing population in the North Valleys. If I could make a suggestion to the Business Owner, it would be to keep the place tidier and streamline the service with more employees. It may not be feasible, but it would be appreciated.I always try to support my local Lemmon Valley businesses, mostly out of laziness, but also because our business owners are making life better and more convenient for the long time and new residents. No doubt I'll continue to need parcel services and I'll always be willing to give our local UPS Store a chance, but not today. Hopefully business and service will improve and I can find myself being a regular customer.

First off, I have dealt with the owner many times. She's rude, disrespectful and doesn't care about her customers. When you call the place to find out why they have printed out a tracking number for the package that you paid for and it has not been received by the delivery date 3 days later by UPS from their store they answer the phone with not hello, this is a UPS store. How may I help you? They answer the phone with who is this and what do you want. This store has lost many of my packages and they don't care. And since UPS never received it insurance doesn't come into play. So out hundreds of dollars.

I would much rather drive downtown to go to the UPS on keystone or one of them in Sparks said to go to this one. They usually don't open on time and when they do the line is out the door as others have stated. If it's the same owner as it was the last time I was in there she likes to argue with the customers. Not a nice atmosphere.

First of all, I love how the owner responds to these ridiculous complaints and keeps it real! UPS is obviously not these peoples only problems.? this is a levelheaded review ? majority of the time you will wait in line a long line. The people that work there are always helpful and friendly, especially the younger gentleman. You can’t ask for better customer service than he provides. Yes UPS is expensive. If you don’t like it, you’re free to go anywhere else. The people that have the time to take pictures of a “ messy ” UPS store and complain about leaving their FedEx package at UPS or about waiting in line are completely out of touch and Entitled idiots. I frequent this establishment for business and Amazon returns and will continue to do so!
