We had two men in a truck move my mom‘s house to assisted living here in Reno over the weekend. The crew was great. Thoughtful, efficient, careful and just overall outstanding. They moved so quickly, yet didn’t sacrifice quality or safety. Came in at the low end of the estimate - we couldn’t be happier

This was a bit of an odd one. I had a 600lb headstone that I needed installed in Yerington. I asked the moving team if they had ever done that. Roman hadn't and pointed out it was on Halloween. Roman's team took care of me with humor and efficiency. Really appreciate it. Thank you

Roman, Mike S., Josh K., and Fiso were so enjoyable to work with. They were on time, friendly, professional, mindful, and displayed great respect and teamwork for each other. It was truly nice to be around such a quality team. We had them move our furniture and wall decor-took a few hours to carefully pack everything up and a few hours to unload, reassemble, and place. Smooth. Book movers and book them.

I met the owners several years ago and was impressed with them. My need for movers recently came up and there was no other company I called. And they sent 3 men and a truck on a Saturday and those guys were GREAT! They showed such team work, no one person was doing it all or sluffing off! Again, I was impressed. I had them scheduled for more hours than necessary, but they just did the job as rapidly as possible and saved me money too!! Highly recommend Two Men & A Truck!!

My wife had used Two Men & a Truck in the past so we decided to use them again for our recent move. Here’s how my experience went:
Setting up the move: This was a relatively easy process. I sent pictures to the office staff to help them gauge the amount of stuff we had. They came back with 2 trucks being needed, which seemed reasonable based on the amount of stuff I had. I also didn’t have a lot of time to go through the estimate with a fine tooth comb due to my being extremely busy at work and I deferred to their professional judgment when it came to what would be needed.
Moving day - loading: This is where things went sideways. When the movers showed up they realized it would be a bigger project than was originally projected. We have a lot of stuff. One of the movers was very upset by this, made multiple comments about how much stuff there was and honestly made me feel like crap because there was an underestimate. He ended up quitting, not sure if he quit the project or left the company. But this left the guys loading short 1 guy which slowed them down. Moving is already stressful and hiring a moving company is supposed to relieve some that stress. Unfortunately this added unnecessary stress to my move. They filled up both of the trucks they brought and left to the unload site.
Moving - unloading: The unloading process was a lot smoother. They had extra guys meet at the offload location and were very efficient along with professional. I appreciate the effort as I know they were frustrated too.
Overall though I would say my experience was subpar. Because of the underestimate there was a lot of stuff left at my old house. I was told initially they would send another group the following morning to get the rest, was then told they were going to have another truck show up while they were loading. When we were settling up after the offload I was told I would have to call to schedule another crew to come out and grab the remainder. At that point I was already frustrated with the process and felt like I had been left hanging a bit. I obviously would’ve had no problem paying additional to load the remainder but my expectation would have been for them to contact me to get the job completed. Underestimates happen, I get that, but this whole thing could’ve been handled better. I ended up renting a U-Haul and hiring a different crew to complete the move for me.

Absolutely awesome crew and communications. We ended up with another mover who didn't call and didn't show. These guys stepped in and managed with almost no notice at all. The absolute best!

If you don’t care about your furniture this is a great company!!!
Unfortunately this company had a smaller truck than needed and instead of trying to accommodate the larger quantity of items, they smashed all of our furniture in their truck while doing quite impressive damage to the things we really care about. Additionally, we had to spend the rest of the day moving the items that did not fit in the truck. The company refused to take responsibility for the damage or compensate for repairs so unfortunately on top of a costly move, we were stuck repairing our items or looking for replacements. Very disappointing and will not be recommending or using their services again. Please see pictures below.

The team that took my boxes was great. Super sweet and respectful. However, they did not have the correct tools to detach my bed and the service took longer bc I had to personally find the correct tool (~1h). When the bed was at my new address they rushed to build the set and now my bed is breaking on me. I reached costumer service and basically they told me to hire the moving team back to assemble the bed because the team that was moving my things went overtime. They also refused to pay the damage fee and now my bed is a safety risk and I will need to hire a furniture assembly company at my own cost.
