I went to get propane on a weekday around 12 noon. Rang the bell twice, no one came out so I walked in spoke to the bartender and asked if I could get propane. Waited another 5 minutes and still no-one came out. I have always purchased propane both for tanks and my rig here. Up until today it was a good experience and service, hopefully this was a one time blip but I don't think so.

Had to ring several times before someone came out, honestly not very friendly, some improvement with customer service would be great. Other than telling me the total price owed, I don’t think the attendant said a word to me.

Always had good experiences here. Staff is courteous, helpful. Very prompt to come outside and attend to your Propane needs. I've frequented this business since it was Shop N Go. There are new owners now, but I am still getting the same great service.

No one there to fill tanks. Arrived 8 am on a Friday on my way to work. Pushed button, no one around as of 8:10. Uhaul 1/4 mile away opens at 7 am and has staffing to fill propane

They are consistent in not responding to message. If they posted the price on the website it really would bring in more business.

Don't seem to answer the phone. Can't find the price anywhere. Vm says to text them. However, that also seems to go unanswered.

This was my first time at turn N burn propane and it was fantasticthe young man the helped me was fast very courteous knowledgeable and professional great experience I highly recommend Turn N Burn Propane.

Hector helped us with our big rv tank, and did a very professional job filling our tank. All safety procedures were followed. He was kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. It is worth it to find this place.

Bad service..rang bell waited..rang again and waited...left and came back and it was busy..told attendant that I was just their and rang bell and was told rudley that no I did not..
