“THANKSGIVING IS SAVED!!!Spent the day making all the fixings for our thanksgiving feast, courtesy of my far superior chef breaking her arm last week, and headed outside to dunk the bird in a vat of delicious oil when something peculiar happened.The fire underneath the vat seemed strangely different; almost as if it wasn’t there at all.It was at this point that it hit me. I forgot to go refill the propane tank!I quickly headed out to the gas station by my house only to discover they too celebrated Thanksgiving, and had as such closed for the day. Strike 1.I then headed to the closest uhaul only to discover that while open, their propane tank had bit the dust. Strike 2.Finally I discovered this gem of a uhaul on the opposite side of town. They were set to close within the hour, but I thought I could make it. Also, it appeared to be my last option.I can only imagine Sabrina & Max’s thoughts when a madman burst through their doors at 15 to closing wielding two large metal canisters and screaming, “Do you have any propane!?”“Actually, we just shut it off.”“Noooooooooo!” Strike 3?“But we’ll turn it back on for you.”“Really? Yes!!!!!!!” Home run. Crowd goes wild. The Rausches won the penant.Long story short, Sabrina and Max were amazing for going above and beyond staying back from their own thanksgiving plans to help me. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for propane, trucks, or anything related because this place actually cares about the customer.It was a 5 star thanksgiving thanks to their 5 star service. Thanks Sabrina and Max! Hope you had a happy turkey day!”

“We had fast, efficient service in our rental pick-up, paperwork and delivery. Un fortunately when we returned our car and were taken to the airport we did not complete the final paperwork. A week later we were notified with a claim for damages ( that we had no knowledge of). Initials on document acknowledging damages were a day after our departure. So, be diligent about paperwork and maybe even use photos at beginning and end if use.”

“This company was amazing to deal with for burning man. We live in Canada so had to ship A LOT of stuff from companies directly and from Canada starting easily a month before. We were able to ship everything to the storage facility and all of it was there waiting for us when we arrived. Communication was fantastic throughout. “Very positive experience at the paint department. The representative went out of his way to make it a good experience. My paint was mixed and ready in minutes, given the pourable spout as well as the wooden stirrer and can opener. My paint was tested on the top and dried to show the exact color was correct. He also let me know that Home Depot will also save the colors that you purchase in their system under your name. Nice! Busy time and I had the painters already in my home so appreciated the speedy and efficient service! Not to mention I love Behr paint, can always find the color and finish I want.”

“1.30.24: Called earlier in the week to schedule my u-haul rental and car dolly. Customer service was helpful, communicative, and prompt during the entire scheduling process. However, the u-haul and trailer were at two different locations. When I picked up the auto trailer from this location, they were helpful and gave tips and suggestions on hooking up the trailer to the u-haul. This store wasn't nearly as busy as the Oddie location and was in and out in no time.”
