They even put the cat converter we had loosened up back together for us and replaced a stripped screw and only asked for $20 to do it. “We had been broken down for two weeks and were at our wits end as we had been stood up by two other mobile mechanics who promised to show up and never did. I found this company here on Yelp, and as soon as the tech came out, he knew right away what the issue was after doing a diagnostic and actually listening to us as we told him everything we had already replaced. A couple of days later, they came back out to fix the problem, which was the fuel pump . We can't even begin to say how thankful we are for their professionalism and timely repair. We highly recommend this company if you ever need a mobile mechanic as they're prompt, reasonable, and reliable. We will definitely use them again.”

“I went to the Toyota website to find a list of services needed for 50,000 miles on my Tacoma. It was an extensive list of checks that they recommend. I took the list into Arrow and was told everything on the list is already done as part of their oil change. They completed the oil change and they gave me a complete print-out, with pictures, of everything they checked during that service. Everything had been checked and I was very pleased.
I have used Arrow for years and trust them completely. I continue to be pleased with the services I receive there and won't go anywhere else.”
