“This is my favorite toy store in Reno. I love coming here for my daughter's Christmas and birthday presents. The owner, Daisy, is the sweetest woman and she always goes above and beyond to find you the perfect present. I love how she explains where all the toys are from and how she tries to find toys that are educational and well-manufactured. I told her my purchase today was for my daughter's birthday and she wrapped everything without me even asking. She also threw in an adorable birthday bracelet for her to wear at her party. I hope to continue to support Daisy and her store throughout my daughter's childhood and along with all the children in my life :)”

Instead of saying sorry can't help you, come back another time, he was so kind and understanding about our situation. He spent the time it took to check in with his manager to resolve our issue.
