“This is a cool, fun, little gem for kids. It's just for kids so it has a lot of fun toys and games. They also do a birthday bin where your child gets to fill a bin up with toys a couple weeks before their birthday and family and friends can shop from there and get 10% off the birthday bin toys and you know you're getting them what they want. Very friendly and helpful staff.”

“OMG, please go visit and see for yourself - truly a destination and NOT a chain toy store. I'm a grandmother and took my visiting granddaughter. We were greeted by an engaging owner who kindly guided us to the perfect purchases. The butterfly princess dress has been worn non-stop, and her new dollie is her best friend. I spend way too much on my TCG addiction, but they charge reasonable prices and they always have exactly what I want, whether it's Lorcana, Magic, Pokemon or just sleeves (I'm convinced they have every color of Dragon Shields). This is, by far, my favorite local game store!”
“I had my ears 2nd holes pierced here and they helped me with my original holes, I had scar tissue and skin grow over the hole after I had a spider bite on my earlobe, and they were able to re pierce it! Helen, the store manager was absolutely Wonderful! It was all super sanitary, and it's not the same "guns" as it used to be at Claires, it's a cartridge and the earring itself actually pierces your ear.”
“Daniel was so awesome. We had problems with an online order. The CSR was unhelpful. So I went to the store. Problem : we live 3 hours away from Reno, the closest store. Instead of saying sorry can't help you, come back another time, he was so kind and understanding about our situation. He spent the time it took to check in with his manager to resolve our issue. I appreciate him so much and can't thank him enough. He's a rock star :-)”

“It's pretty much like shopping at Temu but in person. Most of the stuff is cheap junk but there are sometimes hidden gems. They have a good candy selection. The place was disorganized, but as it is December, I don't blame them. The staff was friendly.”

“Great shop. I stop in here anytime we’re in the area and buy our kids toys. Most everything is priced around srp, being a small business owner I have to do the same to keep our doors open. That said, the experience of having your children visit a brick and mortar toy shop is worth every penny.”
