Customer service and manager here, (i will post a Pic of here and on yelp) is more than poor. They are condescending, liars, and sarcastically rude.
If you buy something online and it sold to you one way, and it arrives not as described it is pretty simple. You shouldn't have to file a chargeback to get your moneyback.
The guy who was wearing a name tag named Judith, said his name is Jerrod is also a disaster.

Great go-to place for clothing! Prices for clothing are great deals. I was looking for some work Dickie's and Kenny was very helpful in directing me to the best deals. Easy recommend from me.

Kenny needs to learn some phone etiquette. I was checking on my online order after 6 hours with no update and so I called and he cut me off to tell me no it wasnt ready before me even providing my order number.

My wife went to exchange some pants I bought online with a BOGO 50% off sale cuz I ordered skinny instead of slim by accident and instead of just doing an even exchange for the same exact pair they charged her the difference for the full price of the pants so I didn’t even get the sale price after. thanks guys doing a great job I can tell.

Really great store. Always have a bunch of good stuff there. Very helpful staff too, Alexis (sp?) was super helpful in helping my daughter pick out a backpack for school. We always like going here. 5 stars easy.

Store would not swap an item that was literally same size, same color, and same name because the online item number didn't match.

I was in the fitting room yesterday and one of the employees opened my dressing room door all the way open while I was in the middle of changing. The store was super busy for Black Friday, so the entire line and back of the store saw me changing. It was super super embarrassing which caused me to have a serious panic attack. It was an honest mistake and I understand. I couldn’t breath and was shaking really bad but I still wanted to purchase my clothes. When I got up to the register and I asked if I can speak to someone that could help me. They offered me a 20% discount because they felt really bad, which was really nice of them and everyone at the register was really nice and helpful and made me feel a little better. The only thing was that because they did that I didn’t get the Black Friday sale which was buy one get one 50% off unfortunately. I called the store later on to speak to a manager and she was very very rude, unprofessional and degrading. She said she was going to get a manager above her and put me on hold. I was on hold for 15 mins and then she never got anyone and answered the phone again. She was super rude again and nothing was changed from there.
