  Worst of them all. Terrible customer service, long waits. Like dude I booked my car for 2, why is there one person working and taking 20 mins per customer? I’m already checked in online what am I waiting for??

  0 stars would be better. Took 1.5 hrs in line and then another hour to get the keys. Nobody around to help - Awful customer service. Safe to say we won’t be using Thrifty again

  Be very careful they were very deceptive!!! They offered me to buy gas at $4.15 per gallon and then they charge me for the whole fuel of tank instead of 4 gallons so don’t ever buy any additional options from them.
