this is the Reno Sparks Gospel Mission thrift store and i recommend it also it's down the street from saint vincent thrift store and has a couple floors of furniture electronics clothes and bargains and your helping another great organization that helps people families and the houseless a pillar of the community for sure....

On veterans Day weekend, I decided to go thrifting in Reno.The reviews for thrift Depot were all very good.. I decided to give it a try. I walked into the store and I only saw shoes handbags belts and clothing and I wasn't shopping for any of those items so I almost turned around but a few shiny objects caught my eye close to the cash register.. as I approach to the register though I noticed someone walking up from the downstairs area. I thought I would give it a try and walk down the stairs where I was able to find some bathroom rugs some throw pillows some fabric and some potholders.I approached some cash register again and heard the salesperson say something about me appliances upstairs well oh my goodness I missed 75% of the store not only were there appliances but there was beautiful mid-century and antique furniture beside newer items. There was an entire housewares section where I was able to get knives pie plates p brand new paper plates and cups I found some Thanksgiving decor some artwork a couple of picture frames some disc drains a mirror and various other items. On my way down the stairs to pay I noticed a pair of slippers in my size brand new with the papers so popping them up so I pick those up as well. Boxed up my stuff very nice way and then ask me for the unbelievable amount of $17 for everything as it was half off for veterans Day with all that I had gotten $34 would have been absolutely reasonable but 17? I thought I should run out of the store. I kind of felt like I was robbing them. Important lesson learned don't judge a book by its cover or by his first few pages obviously this gem is a must-see for anyone interested in recycling or just saving money.

Surprising selection, and clothes are 50% off on Friday and Saturday. I made out like a bandit! Sketchy location, but the clerk was very nice!

Don't waist your time. Very poor selection, and quality for the prices. I love thrift shopping, but I will never go back to this location.

Great selection, friendly and helpful staff, good prices, and just a fun thrift store to explore. We bought our dream couch there for a great price, and when we went to check out, we realized it was an additional 20% off! The loading dock guys even helped us tie the couch down when it was a little too big for our truck. 10/10 would shop again

This place is amazing, so many great items to look through and excellent customer service to boot! Brian, Will, and Mike went the extra mile to help us throughout our experience. The next time I'm in the area I am 100% going back for more treasures!!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life overprice junk no wonder why they don’t have anything good there nobody would want to donate to the worst customer service employee personnel I’ve ever seen a guy with red hair name Brian total j*** shouldn’t be representing anything to do with your charity you should really reconsider him by far the worst I’ve ever seen it’s just insulting.

If you like to thrift, here's a fun place. First of all, there is an upstairs area that has pretty great furniture and Nick knacks..dishes, candles, clothes shoes belts jewelry. Some new, some not. Baby clothes, exercise machines, appliances ( saw a super cute wide fridge dorm style and a beer maker and coffee machines...greeting cards, crafts etc. Movies...very nice place, nice employees.

Was sitting trying to get out of the heat and some bigwig that's works here but they are supposed to b catholic or Cristian told me we don't usually let YOU PEOPLE hang out on the dock but yet nothing was going n he was jus being a prck...and being mean but u say u are GOSPEL FRICKK THAT ...ALL U CARE ABOUT IS MONEY ROTT
