I am very particular about mattresses nowadays and want natural fibers, fill and foam (latex) in my mattresses as we're laying on them for almost 1/2 of lives. Karen was the sweetest and most educated person and helped me pick out the best mattress for my daughter. The store was very comfortable, clean and had a great selection of natural mattresses, covers, pillows and sheets. I totally recommend them to consumers who prefer organic and more natural options for bedding.

Karen and her store are absolutely fantastic! She is incredibly supportive and genuinely cared about my needs and preferences. I'm incredibly grateful that I decided to visit the Sleep Shop. I had been on the lookout for a new mattress for quite some time. Let me tell you, the customer service was beyond exceptional. I ended up purchasing a bed frame, mattress, mattress pad cover, and sheets, and I am so glad I did. The very next morning after sleeping on my new bed, I woke up feeling like I was on a luxurious vacation. It was such a wonderful feeling. In fact, it was so delightful that we went back and got another mattress. The whole experience was both informative and enjoyable. I absolutely adore this place!

About a year after moving to Reno I realized I needed a new mattress. I shopped around and wasn't very happy with either the selection or the customer service people. That all changed when I walked into the Sleep Shop. It's wonderful when you can deal with a small independently owned business, have them address needs that are somewhat unusual and have purchased a product that meets every need I am planning on downsizing and when I'm ready to say goodbye to my queen mattress I will definitely be buying the new one here.

I wanted an organic mattress that will be 100% recyclable at the end of its life and I wanted to buy local not online so I know what my hard earned money was buying and after Great research I found one mattress store in all of Northern Nevada that carries organic mattresses and that is The Sleep Shop….I called Bill and he said you called the right place..! And when I went there Karen hooked me up with the best organic mattress for my needs. I can’t wait for it to arrive and sleep for the first time in decades…and on a mattress that is all Non-toxic and won’t harm me or my planet. Thanks Karen and Bill for everything.. ?

My husband and I needed a new bed, as the one we bought two years ago from Mattress Discounters started hurting us a few months in. My husband did a lot of research this time and decided to try this shop. I'm so glad that we did. Karen was.... absolutely spectacular!!! She was so very knowledgeable about the type of beds we were interested in. We were there for about an hour trying the different beds, and asking a million questions. We ultimately chose one that we're so excited about!! Thank you so much for making this such a good experience, when it could've been so stressful!!

Karen was so very friendly and helpful with choosing a new mattress. We absolutely love the mattress we purchased from her - my back is so much better and I feel healthier knowing it's made without chemicals. We had an issue with the mattress pad; when I contacted her she decided to test the product herself, kept me updated, decided to do research into a better product and sent me a replacement right away. I am so impressed with this level of customer service. I will definitely return for any future bedding needs and highly recommend The Sleep Shop to everyone.

My husband and I are pretty picky about our pillows. We even take them along when we travel. Unfortunately, I left mine behind at a hotel, so we stopped in at The Sleep Shop. Karen offered us a great selection of fluffy, cushy pillows to choose from, and encouraged us to lie down and try them out. You can’t do that in a department store or shopping online!I really love the new pillows we chose, and I can’t believe I waited so long to get new ones. When it’s time to replace our bed, Karen will be the first person we call. I highly recommend the Sleep Shop for their quality products and friendly, individualized service.

I've been shopping at the Sleep Shop since my 12-year-old was an infant. I'd read articles about how toxic most mattresses are and didn't want to expose my long awaited baby to be exposed to harmful chemicals. Karen has always been so helpful and informative. I've bought 2 mattresses, a bed, sheets, and pillows from her and I've been extremely happy with everything!
