The Inverter Store sold me a non functional unit and wouldn't stand behind what they sell. Second time I've experienced problems with The Inverter Store. Inverters R US stand's behind the products they sell with great customer service.

Worst employer I've ever worked for! The owner Bruce is as cheap as a person can get, doesn't buy the right supplies for his employees & expects you to build custom pallets & with the sh*t supplies he has laying around, It's not even part of the job description. Their system is stuck in the 90s & all by paper still. I was harassed & called a "crybaby" by the owner himself for not saving him $600 on freight shipping charges. I was harassed by the sale stores manager for asking questions. I was also sexually harassed by the warehouse manager on his 1st week of working at aims by grabbing my man breast ( I'm 250 lbs ) every complaint I made I was overseeked & not taken seriously. My last few months working here was horrible. Business is slow & hardly any work for the few employees that still work there. I'll be surprised if aims power is still in business in the next year! Save yourself from this horrible, cheap, harassment environment!

Sky had PLENTY of time to tell me over the phone during our lengthy conversation regarding how to complete what is to me a complicated computer portal return process, that if they determine after inspection the battery within spec, that I would have to pay a hostage's ransom amount in shipping costs just to get my original battery back. Now my original 31lb, $850 battery just became a 31lb, $1070 battery, if I ever want to see it again. I feel though apparently it was in the fine print, (Who actually reads it?) this was not transparent, or honest. I do NOT recommend this business.

July 2020 I bought my solar kit from AIMS, I am paying interest on $10k in debt for it but I'm also paying to put gas in a generator if I want my lights to work because their system (inverter mainly) does NOT. I bought the system with guidance from customer service. I set it up with help from tech support. I am blamed for it being wrong and have to pay hundreds in shipping for repairs for it to STILL NOT WORK. I finally hired someone local to put eyes on it and my setup seems fine. They did however hear laughs when AIMS was brought up at a solar convention because the company is such a joke. Wish I could laugh but they've kind of ruined my life.

Sales reps were easy to reach, offered good advice, and everything pre-sale was fantastic. Just hope that after the sale you do not need any tech support, you will be ignored. I have called twice and left clear, simple voicemail both times - tech support line rings directly through to voicemail, a bad sign from the start. The first call was three days ago and the second call was two days after that. I still have not received a call back. Company is quick to make the sale but does not have time for you once your money has been received. Currently trying to get someone to call me back through the online chat on their website. I was told someone would be calling me shortly, but I have yet to receive a call.Dropping to one star - That's right, your team did try to contact me after I left this review and contacted your online chat. Since I live in the mountains where cell coverage is spotty, and was driving, it went right to voicemail. When I tried calling back I got the same run-around, left a voicemail, and never received a call back. Third time, no luck. I've given up as it is apparent that you just do not care about the customer after sale. It is sad that I have to leave a lousy review and complain in online chat to get that ONE call.

Needed a little consideration on a $11k order, and they said too bad can't help. I am having to go the altE store or Wholesale solar instead. They really didn't seem to care.

I have purchased two inverters and 2 solar controllers over the last two years. The technical staff is knowledgeable and easy to work with. They ship quickly and they sell quality products at a good price. Can't ask for better. Getting ready to place an order for additional solar equipment

The Inverter store employees are very responsive to all my questions and knowledgeable about solar and battery setups. Ended up purchasing a decent size system from them and I'm very happy!
