I love this place you could get lost in here for ever. My only complaint and it is definitely understandable however still an issue, things are a bit high in price, however I think that about most places now as inflation has literally gotten out of control! There is a huge selection of everything cute, and the holiday time the decor is absolutely amazing.

Fantastic home decor store! Always something new as they change the decor with the seasons. Staff is always welcoming and helpful. I live in Las Vegas and make it a point to stop in every time I'm in Reno. (Check out their expansion 2 two doors down)

What a wonderful shop! All the fall and Halloween decor is out, and everyone is so helpful. You have to see the incredible silk flowers; so perfect for decorating.

I used to like this place. However recently I went in to either return or exchange a Christmas ornament. Unfortunately they have a "policy" of no returns or exchanges. Well.... I would have 100% spent MORE MONEY if they would have allowed an exchange or offered a credit. I feel like this policy is really poor customer service. Freckled Frog, you've lost my business and please know I will recommend to NOT shop there to my friends.

Just visited the FRECKLED FROG today as I knew their Christmas ? displays would be out & they were all magnificent!I never miss visiting this fabulous store when I’m in RENO ! Their. decorations are MAGICAL ….from vintage to whimsy! I always buy something...so much fun to shop there!. ??

This is a darling shop, especially around the holidays. When November rolls around I make a beeline to this shop. As soon as I walk in I have a huge smile on my face looking at all the beautiful decorations. You can't help but get into the holiday spirit. I was in this shop yesterday and will return over the weekend to gawk and perhaps buy a thing or two!Be sure to sign up to their email list. The shop offers Customer Appreciation Days where a 20% discount is offered. This weekend they are offering the Customer Appreciation Discount. Everyone in the shop is so nice including the owners. They go out of their way to welcome you. I just love this shop!!!

We stopped in to The Freckled Frog during a trip to Reno. While waiting to meet friends, we decided to walk through the store. I'm so glad we did! The store was just full of great decorator items. Everything was great quality, and fair prices. I ended up with an adorable fall colored gnome. Everyone was friendly, the store was just beautifully organized and decorated. Easy to park, easy in and out. I hope to return!

Bad: It never ceases to amaze me how I will be ignored in boutiques while others are not. I walked in right behind a family. I watched the sales person make a point to go up to the family, greet them, and let them know to ask if they need help while I was completely and unapologetically ignored. Like literally blatantly ignored. Unbelievable. I was further ignored by the other sales associates and twice by the greeter. I look young, but I am in fact a high earning professional woman in my 40s. I could literally buy out the whole store without a second thought. Sales professionals at this store need to do better. And, honestly, I won't be back. (-4 stars) Good: The store is sweet with a rustic farmhouse feeling decor and it smells really good. The faux flowers are plentiful and of high quality. The store design/layout is welcoming (the associates are not). (Add back a star) I recommend to this store to make a better effort. Although I don't need to recognized (I'm nothing special), to pick and choose who you deem worthy to assist and to blatantly ignore others is just plain rude. I cannot in good conscience support a store that does this.

If I could give this store a ZERO I would. This is a store I've promoted in the past to my friends. I've shopped there for gifts. But yesterday could ONE sales person give me any attention? The answer is a big fat NO.There was a blonde lady who passed me by several times to assist other shoppers. The older blondish heavy lady at the register could not be bothered to check me out with my purchases. She yakked it up to the two ladies in front of me, but when it was my turn to be cashed out, she walked away from the register to talk to other shoppers in the store, leaving me there in a lurch.I shouldn't have given them any of my money yesterday - my bad for not walking away. For when the older blondish heavy lady came back to cash me out, she didn't say a word to me, and instead started talking to the other cashier.I wasn't thanked, I was barely even given my receipt.And when I think back, when I entered both their stores (including the "Freckled Frog Two Doors Down" not one person greeted me, but by God they greeted everyone else.I will no longer support this store or promote it to my friends. I was treated worse than a leper yesterday for no reason. I didn't hassle anyone, didn't break anything, didn't pull out my phone and hold a loud conversation in the store or anything.The only thing I can figure out is yesterday I wore jeans. I believe every other time I was in the store I was dressed up.These ladies are horrible and I would encourage you not to support them.

Love this place! I can always find the unique gift for someone! Unfortunately... everything is so darling here that I always find something for myself too!! The people here are ALWAYS such a pleasure and make you feel as though it's more than just a shopping experience! I always recommend Freckled Frog!

Went there today with my Mom and had the best time looking at all the beautiful treasures in the store. Everyone who worked there was so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend a visit, I'm sure you will find a wonderful treasure for you or a loved one!
