We offer a variety of yoga classes with something for everyone. Temple Yoga has 40+ classes weekly and a variety of therapeutic systems of yoga. We love having experienced teachers on our team so that you get the best quality. The Yoga system is designed to create an internal heat to detoxify the body by cleansing muscles and internal organs, as well as improving circulation and overall health. Continued practice has a calming effect on the mind while building strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina in the body.
