Great store and great online experience. The site is easy to use and you can purchase and pick up your items within a couple of hours. Makes life easy.

Electronics associate was too busy talking to her friends to help us, completely ignored us, and gave us dirty looks for even looking like we needed help. Ended up walking out and ordering overnight on Amazon.

Waited in line for 30 minutes to check out. The workers are so slow which makes the lines longer. Definitely don't recommend. Maybe go to self check out if your here or just don't come to this location.

This location used to be my preferred store but now it is rarely stocked, organized or clean.

Used to be a great store, but has consistently gone downhill over the last several months. Always has huge dead spaces where they don’t have any products at all, everything from milk to electronics. If you told me they were going out of business, I’d sadly believe it.

Quality/Quantity - Came here to buy some holiday cookies, slightly more expensive than Walmart, but my daughter wanted these particular ones. Atmosphere - Decorated for the holidays, thank you. One of Targets larger locations, in my opinion. Starbucks in this location. Snack bar also, see picture. CVS Pharmacy. Optical department. Grocery department. Open 7 days a week, current holiday hours 8am to 10pm. In December hours change to 7am to midnight. Plenty of parking. Service - Good, the team helped us look for my daughter's holiday cookies as they were in several locations throughout the store. Price - $13 for one box of holiday cookies. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1962 (1902 corporation founded), and as the 8th largest retailer in the US. 2000 - Renamed company to Target Corporation. 2015 - CVS acquired Targets pharmacies.

My cashier was 'Angie'. I was the last customer of her shift - I had forty $25 gift cards to load. I inquired about customer service or where in the Reno, NV store I could go to get help. Angie said to me, 'I will help you'. It was 6:00 at night, the end of her shift and Angie was closing her register and easily could have sent me on my way. She was kind, patient and very professional.I grew up working and did very well in customer service. Never have I taken the amount of time and care with a customer as Angie did with me. I haven't been in Target since Sparks, NV closed the 'old' store. I will shop the Reno store and intentionally look for Miss Angie in the future. Thank you!

This target is fantastic! Every time I go they have everything I need and more! Great selection, fair prices. It's a big corporation, so shop local first, I recommend Great Basin Co-op, they're the best of the best, but when you need wireless earbuds, joycons for Nintendo switch, or some sheer new underthings in every colour imaginable- target is your spot. Everyone working very hard here, doing their very best. Customer service is hard and the guys gals and nonbinary pals here do it with grace.

Bought pizza rolls from here and they were 2 MONTHS PAST THEIR BEST BY DATE. Been dealing with food poisoning. ALWAYS check best by date when shopping here.

Consumer Cellular Phone Warning:Target Corporate "Selected" Target stores are SUPPOSE to be support locations for Consumer Cellular phones. Consumer Cellular refers customers to Target stores when support is needed in a timely manner. However, local Target store management overrides support options for Consumer Cellular products & services WITHOUT informing Consumer Cellular or Target Corporate. In other words, the support that a customer expects to receive from Target stores is NOT available to that customer even when Consumer Cellular is referring the customer to that SPECIFIC Target store. This problem is a clear disconnect between Consumer Cellular & Target Corporate while the customer is "left out in the cold" when service for a Consumer Cellular phone is needed. There appears to be NO effort for Consumer Cellular or Target Corporate to correct this support issue for their customers.

Return service is obviously terrible since y'all don't check used shit. Target is pretty much turning into Walmart. Big L for all the target lovers.
