Tired of having to search for someone to unlock the face wash. Never someone nearby so I have to walk half the store to get help. Need to add a button to call for help on everything locked.

Target is a favorite store. I love going in. My only issue was I couldn't find anyone to help me find " picture hangers" and no one seemed to have any idea about them..though I was in the art decor area. Prices have gone up, but they have gone up everywhere. I also tried to purchase an prepaid card for Google play store. I had to keep grabbing different ones because the cashier said something was wrong with the ones I was handing her. She called a manager over, who said the cards were outdated. None of them would ring up. By this time, a long line had formed and people were looking sweaty and stressed. Including me.
Nice cashier, nice enough manager, but my question is...why are they still hanging there if none of them are any good? It would have saved some grief lol
I obviously will return, and still love Target. There's just a vibe of " don't give a damn" - which believe me... I understand that, as well.

Seriously- been to a lot of targets but I do not want to come back here for a long time. The place is a mess. Stuff everywhere. Not organized in the sections. But the worst was the front end- one cash register open. I’ve got a baby in one hand and rather than trying to manage self checkout by myself, I went to the one line. Only one customer ahead of me. Thought it shouldn’t take too long. Wow was I wrong. It was an absolute mess. The cashier had no idea what she was doing when the customer ahead of me wanted to apply for a red card. She left her cashier station three times to go find help. Meanwhile, the line backs up behind me. As a result, they decide to open more registers and go and get people behind me, but not me who has been waiting, hands-down, the longest and obviously has her hands full with baby. As I watch customer after customer who was in line behind me check out and leave, I am still waiting for the cashier to figure out what she’s doing. I end up taking myself to self check out after waiting about 15 minutes. Such a mess.

The disorganization of this store is tragic! So hard to find anything and it looks like nothing is ever sorted or cleaned up. Seems like they’re out of stock a lot. I would go crazy trying to work there! Such a mess all the time no matter when.

Everytime my uncle goes in this store, there is this one lady who always thinks he is stealing. She gets up in his face and then when he tries to show her the receipt, she tells him no. It's ridiculous. Tried to call the store to get this straightened out and they hung up on me both times. Pretty sad this is what this store has come to.

My cell phone was stolen off my cart and they apparently do not have cameras that see down all the aisles. Therefore, the person who took it could not be identified. No one, including their security, seemed to know what to do with this type of situation. I had to ask them several times to check the cameras. They did not seem concerned, or offer any solutions.
