Food was great. Service was hit or miss. For example, I ordered an appetizer upon being greated and it still came after salads were served...no offer of ground pepper on my wedge salad (in fact had to ask for pepper shaker)....wine came after entree despite being ordered while main order being taken...stuff like that shouldn't happen at a premium dining establishment. Didn't ruin the meal and as I said food was great!

Roxys is a great place for group dinners. When the staff at the Row has a dinner they go to Roxys. Who would know better than them where to go? We enjoy the great food and service. The early bird meal is a great value for a top steak house.

Great time. Ribeye steak cooked medium rare to perfection. Friends prime rib looked good. He really enjoyed eating every bite of it. Wife's ceasar salad, she loved it. Our server,Hope, topped off a great dinner. She really took care of us. Made an excellent dinner even better. I really appreciated the manager stopping by our table to greet us. Roxy is a must try.

Another fine dining experience at Roxys. Had dinner with friends. The staff and quality of food make Roxys the best in Reno. They only get the best steaks and fish from their suppliers. We do have favorites but try new things often and have never been disappointed. We try to go at least a couple of times a month.

Roxy is on our Must Visit Restaurant list for every visit to Reno. Handsdown it features best Cuisine & Service in Reno! Celebrared garcon Albert always delivers seemless service with his top notch team! So many choices with a delicious & diverse menu! Extensive wine selection and to-die-for soufflés! Be sure to make your reservations for Roxy!

A combination of great food and service make Roxys our favorite in Reno. We had a special occasion and Roxys made it all the more special. Our meals were top notch, steak and chicken as were the salad and soup and side and desert. We have already made another reservation.

Heather was extremely helpful and entertaining. She seated us in the red room where it was quieter than the rest of the restaurant. Roxy is our go to restaurant anytime we are in Reno and we will be asking for Heather from now on!

We had dinner for our anniversary at Roxy's. We thought we were getting the early bird special, as this was indicated on line when making the reservation. It was not available as it was Labor Day weekend. Not a big deal. They did bring us each a glass of complementary champagne for our celebration. The filet was perfect! One of the best steaks I have ever had in a restaurant. Very tender, buttery, and flavorful. The creamed spinach was also delicious. My husband had the New York Salt Crusted Strip. It was also perfect and the garlic potato purée was excellent. It was not overwhelming at all. We shared the sides, as well as a Wedge Salad. The salad was decent. It was not impressive. Very few bacon bits, too much dressing that was hiding the single cherry tomato. The Carmel pecan crusted cheescake was also very good. More crust than cheesecake. A perfect few bites after a very big meal. Jessica gave us great service! The downside to the experience, is this is a very noisy restaurant. My husband is hard of hearing, and when sitting across from each other, he cannot hear me or the servers. I looked around at the tables, and did not see any tables that would have been better suited to us. I will ask next time. The food is worth another dinner!

Five of us had dinner. The food was wonderful. I especially enjoyed the charred watermelon salad, a perfect summer treat! The mushroom ravioli is an appetizer you don't want to miss. We went through three bottles of champagne, and the service was superb. Two in our party shared the cafe diabolo, and the tableside preparation was quite a show!

My wife and I went here on our anniversary, the food was some of the best we've ever had and the service was definitely the best we've ever received. I would recommend going here if you want a wonderful meal and great experience.

Never disappointed. Amazing food, we had mushroom ravioli, yellowtail sashimi, lobster (it was the special) and New York with loaded baked potato and peppercorn sauce. Service was great and even came with a delicious cookies and cream, toasted almond dessert. Best steakhouse in Reno.

It was a great experience! Our server, Isabel, was very attentive! She throughly explained the specials and kept checking up on us all night. She also provided recommendations for sides. She even explained to me that my entree was one of the smallest on the menu so I could choose a side if I wanted something extra. Really appreciated the feedback.

Had family in town so went to our favorite steak house. We had filets and salmon for main entrees. All were very good. Had a salad as part of the early bird dinner and the mushroom ravioli. Could not ask for better service or food and the early bird makes it very affordable. Roxys is simply the best in Reno for a top meal at affordable prices.

The restaurant is just gorgeous. service is wonderful. If the saxophone is playing in the bar it's a little loud. I had the scallop boat. The scallops were presented beautifully . however. They were on a purée of gingered carrots. hot. Side a cute looking purple and white pickled cauliflower. Sorry... the flavors clashed. I cannot recommend that dish.
