Armando killed it. Very talented, passionate and attentive to detail! If you want someone that cares about your hair rather than just selling a product ask for Armando! He made sure to take his time and stood behind his craft, what an artist. Is also very patient with his guests (Was having a rough day) and made sure to make you feel welcomed and appreciated, Thanks!

Booked online was told when I got there the they don’t except that anymore, but it’s first come first service regardless of where you book it. This is a change after or five years of policy I wouldn’t go there anymore. Poor service

Good haircut from some of the staff on 1 occasion. It is inconsistent and overpriced on most all.
They chop your hair and don't cut it as it is a rush job.
The manager of many years I'm told cut my sons hair. They lady that picked up the phone said it is not the first time the GM of Damonte got complained upon. She needs to go and does Missy.
This place is a disaster as there is no point to checking in online. They claim it is on not an appointment it just puts you in the queue...then they bombard you to go to the first available when asking for someone.
This place is worth a 10 dollar chop shop cut if the gm is there of Damonte and Missy is still overseeing them.

Robert is awesome. Always takes care of what I need without me asking. Trimmer my eyelashes. Shaves my ears. Does it all with good positive conversation.

Robert was amazing! I walked in not expecting to be seen but Robert had time abd I was amazed! I went in for a trim and more layers, then came out looking like “Ferrah Fawcett. I am very appreciative that Robert listened to me and it was perfect!!!

Requested style: I took my 10 year old grandson for a haircut, which is not his favorite activity! The stylist was great with him and he was truly happy with the end result.

Could not get a 5 minute hair cut and prices are way to high go to great clips for a real haircut less time and cheaper

I don't think is good location to go to. I make appointments for my son hair cut at 11.20am still need to wait after appointment for 40 minutes for hair cut !!! Because they accept to walk in first. If in that case not should have appointment and only have walk in. So disappointed with the response with staffs here.

Robert gave me the single worst haircut of my life. 2 stars because management refunded the cut, but was left looking butchered for a month.
