The person who's been cutting my hair for years is no longer available, I decided to give supersets a shot. I look them up online and am able to make an appointment for almost any time that day. It was very simple to navigate their website. They texted me about 30 minutes before my appointment and said there could possibly be a ten minute wait. It's not a big deal. It was maybe a 5 minute wait. The place was very, very clean, the staff was genuinely friendly, I believe the owner was there with a new hire and she was very pleasant. It's only about a 15-minute job to cut my hair, and they did a great job. It was $27 with a $10 tip, and I'm on my way. I will definitely be going back, and I highly recommend giving this place a try if you're in need of a haircut.

I absolutely love this place!1. It's new and clean2. There's sports playing (the boys love it)3. After your haircut, they take you in the back and rinse and give you a head massage4. The location is great - Rita's is next doorThe most importantly, my son's hair turned out great! A+ Supercuts!

I made an appointment online for a late afternoon cut. I arrived 10 minutes early and wasn't greeted by the young woman that was cutting another person's hair. She finished the customer she was working on, rang them up, and called her next appointment (still didn't acknowledge my presence). She gave him a buzz cut, rang him up, and at that point said hello to me and asked what I wanted as far as cut. I told her I had an appointment with the other stylist (at this point I had been there 30 minutes). The young woman let the other stylist that I had an appointment with that I was there - I was told I would have to wait a little longer while she finished her lunch. At that point I walked out because I felt I had waited long enough. Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority at this salon. So the search continues for a salon. (I have previously had my hair cut multiple times at this location - of course the person that was cutting my hair left.)

It was so nice coming back in the salon and seeing everyone happy again, Trisha the last manager was so grumpy it made it uncomfortable. I will be coming back to see all the smiling faces again. Thank you!

I walked in the door and Trish was clearly annoyed and in a visibly bad mood. I needed help fixing a bad haircut and she was annoyed. I asked if she could take the back up into a layered a-line and blend the choppy layers. She took the back up and ignored the rest because she said it was already layered. I asked her to blend the layers. She chatged me $27 for a trim, not a haircut. Was annoyed when a call or person would come into the store. It was CLEAR Trish did not want to be there and seems like she's always upset. I felt guilty for asking her to help me and even tipped her to try and soften her anger towards me! I will NEVER go back there and never recommend that place. I want a refund. Geez.

Got a mid fade. Hopefully Trish was just having a bad day but could've used a little more patience. Asked me if I'm "particular" about my hair. Who isn't? & Started recommending other places as if to say don't come back. Not the most welcoming vibe. Might want to try another stylist here I'll give it another shot. I'm pretty happy with the cut but she could've had a little more customer service experience.

After I came in they got busy so they rushed me. Did not do the blow dry, stuck me with the scissors, did not trim side burns. Looking at her watch every 30 seconds.

Not sure why they have an appointment system online when you STILL need to wait for any walk ins that may have arrived right before your scheduled appointment.Super frustrating when the appointment is for your toddler, whos never had a haircut and FINALLY agreed to have one. We didn't have time to wait 30 MORE minutes after our scheduled time.

Without an appointment, Trisha got me in, cut my hair, and was finished; all in less than 20 minutes. She is totally professional and makes you feel very comfortable. You even get a warm, wet towel at the end around your neck to remove any unwanted cut hairs. I highly recommend her and Supercuts to anyone in the Reno area. BTW, this is the first review I have ever published.
