cut was nicely done, clean, sharp and for a reasonable cost, I enjoyed my experience with Sierra as she actively listened to what and how I wanted it done!

I did not realize until I got home that my hair was cut very uneven. The right side of my hair is longer than the left side. Currently my hair is dry and it is unfortunately noticeable. I was not offered a touch up usually at another shop I went to in the past offered it. I was one of Sierras afternoon client I believe that was her name.

My stylist was great. The cut turned out to be just what I wanted. The issues I have are, 1. It'll allow you to book ahead at any time in 15 minute intervals, even if there'll be a wait when you get there. 2. It says to let the app know when you arrive and it'll tell you how long the wait is, but then there's no response when you let it know you've arrived, so you have to wait until you enter the store to know how long the wait is, even if you had booked ahead.
