I removed my things from my unit on time and spoke with Mary Ann ahead of time before I would get charged and I was still charged the unit is clean and there is no reason for it. I spoke with the person who answers after hours and he was very rude as well I am very angry about this whole situation.

This used to be a wonderful company to rent from, but no more. The staff you get at the store like Rela and her team, 5 star, A+ rating. The company now, -25 stars. They've been taken over by an "Algorythm" that no human seems to be able to stop, and all you get is rent raises without notice of increase month after month. I was here for a long time, but I ha e no choice but the spend the money to move my non profit storage unit to a real company, run by real people, who take real people and budgets into consideration. My rent increases... just the increases amount to over $600 per year... making it cost $2520 per year to rent a 10x12 unit. Give me a break, greedy company. DO NOT Rent here. Its the ONLY way to Show them that this is NOT OKAY!!!

Reserving and renting a unit here was a breeze. Whole move-in process was very efficient. Lovely customer service and the whole place is sparklingly clean. Great price for a first floor, climate-controlled unit near the door. Thank you!

This unit has double doors so you can open on either side!!! So convenient. Super kind excellent customer service, very kind owners and staff, it is clean and temperature controlled. Elevators are in brand new condition as is this entire storage location. Thank you for being real personable and competitive pricing for sure !!!

Mary Ann and Rela at the front office were more than accommodating. Moving is always stressful, but these gals made the experience absolutely pleasant. The grounds are spotless and the accommodations are more than adequate.

Great storage! The gals in the office are very friendly and helpful. My move in was super easy and fast, very clean and well maintained. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice place to store your stuff in South Reno.
