The manager Tim has been there since the store opened years ago as has his tech guy Stephen. They have helped educate me in order to find the right pro md it's for my needs. They know me by name ...feels more like a mom and pop shop than a big box store. They also now do TSA pre check. I have had nothing but great experiences dealing with this store!

I was helped by Jasper, the Print and Marketing Service Supervisor. He was patient, kind, and funny -- and delivered the best service EVER when printing my difficult two-sided, Holiday letters. He's a great asset in the area. I hope you will double his salary! He made customers for life!

I had to return a package, and a friend said "go to Staples ":they will do it for you...well on Thursday I decided to go...I didn't know what to do nor how to do it...but I went inside and they took me to see Jasper...oh my gosh...he knew exactly what needed to be done...I never felt so pleased and at ease..he printed the label from my iPad...wrapped the item and sent it on it's way.... I was so happy to have someone with so much experience, confidenc, and knowledge...Jasper was also so nice and pleasant to talk with...I would recommend all my friends there....Thank you Jasper for helping me out with that package....I would've never got it mailed out without his help...keep up the good work Jasper.....Miss Vickie...

Tim is the manager at the Reno West McCarran Blvd Store and he is so friendly and helpful and went beyond to help me. I had purchased 2 boxes of 24lb paper for a new Epson color printer 90 days ago using my rewards for the full price. It would be my 1st color printer and I purchased it at a different retailer not staples. Needless to say the Epson printer did not perform well and I tried a Cannon color printer and it didn't do well either for the research project I was working on. So I returned the printers to the other retailer and decided to keep using the HP black and white laser printer I had purchased several years ago at Staples that works great. I went to staples to return the 2 boxes of 24lb paper to exchange for 2 HP toners for my black and white printer. It would be an even exchange, ironically the same prices. The clerk did a return, but it wouldn't give me back my rewards to use for the 2 HP toners. That was when Tim the manager stepped in. He and his inventory clerk worked 1 hour trying to go through hoops around their system to make the exchange. The store recently got a new system this year that does not do exchanges only returns then purchases to make inventory easier. Because the clerk had already done the return it wouldn't let Tim do another return to get a gift card to turn around and use for the toner. My rewards had expired so that is why it didn't give them back to me to use for the toners. Eventually Tim and his inventory clerk got it work. He was fantastic, patient and applogetic it took so long and he worked so hard to make the exchange for me. Techniquely I guess he didn't have to make it work since the rewards had expired. Thank you so much Tim for having such great customer service and finding a way to do the exchange. I will always recommend the Reno Staples on West McCarran Blvd. Great job!!!

Very poor customer service. Was met with an argument when I asked to print something with them because I showed up 30 minutes before closing. It was the soonest I could be there. I was told the printers were turned off and they would take a long time to restart. Mind you it was 30 minutes before closing. People should still be doing their job up until closing. I know I have to.

Amazing customer service. Every staff member I met here was helpful and friendly.Big shout out to Tim and other staff who helped me at the photo section. I needed a photo for my Japanese passport and ended up retaking one because of strict requirements of the Japanese government. But, Tim and other staff were understanding and willing to work it out.

I was in a couple weeks ago to renew my TSA number after mine expired and I had a name change. I was late and it was my fault (busy mom stuff). Andrea was helpful regardless. She informed me she was busy but just started to quickly help me anyway. She could have turned me away but knew I drove down from tahoe and got me taken care of. I’m very grateful that she chose to squeeze me in! Thank you Andrea. You really helped this busy mom out <3

Best Staples in town. ?They take Passport Photos, TSA pre✅(located near Aisle 7. They have Copy Center. Amazon pick up location, happy Returns, amazing Tech Services from buying Computers to them setting up they do it will with Amazing customer service. Must Visit.

Worst customer service of any Staples I have been to. The four employees that were working huddled together and talked amongst themselves while I waited in the Laptop department. After nearly fifteen minutes of requesting to purchase different Laptops, literally all of the Laptops on display were not in stock. I asked them why they didn’t label them “Out of Stock” so I didn’t have to waste my time. She looked at me like I was crazy. I won’t visit this store again.

I made my appointment for the TSA Pre-Check. I was there 5 minutes early and was rudely met by Andrea. She was condescending and short throughout the appointment. If I had to do it again, I'd go to the TSA Pre-Check at the airport over dealing with her again. She made a snide comment about my birth certificate and was nasty about me not doing the finger prints correctly on the scanner as one finger wasn't straight enough for the scanner to read. Literally, I'd rather stand in line at TSA at the airport than deal with Andrea again.
