My wife and I just purchased our first home using Standford Mortgage and their services. Kevin, Stefanie, and the team are so helpful with everything. They are still checking in with us and always willing to help with the unknown.

I recently found a new construction home I wanted to buy. I sold my existing home and had close to $200k to put down. I have no other debt. My credit score is over 800.The new construction home said Kevin was their preferred lender and I had to qualify with him.At this time, my current home had not sold.They would not take offers contingent on selling my current home.I had to have a co-signer to qualify under these circumstances.Kevin told me once I sold my home I would qualify without a co-signer. After the sale, he still kept wanting to use a co-signer on my loan. Every time I talked to him, he had a different story. It was so frustrating and stressful.I decided to try a different mortgage company. They quickly had me qualified, no problem, with no co-signer.I do not recommend Kevin at all. It was a terrible experience.

This is hands down the best team to have by your side! I got to know Kevin when I bought my first house and wanted to start refinancing and making some moves. Kevin was very knowledgeable and helped me out through the whole process. I was very happy and then became a life long believer in this company! Since then Kevin has had his team expand (too many wonderful people to list out haha) which has only made the experience that much better. It's always a pleasant and wonderful experience working with these guys. I usually do not leave reviews but these guys hands down deserve it. Will continue to use them and their trusted services. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

Moving from California to Nevada in a short timeline and time crunch was very stressful. Ashlee and her team at Stanford Mortgage showed a sense of urgency, anytime communication, very thorough, very knowledgeable, caring, follow up and made our purchase of our new home possible and we made the time line.
